Tequesta Brewing Co

Fancied by the knowledge of brewing this company has. Although located in FL, they knew about the best beers on the world, especially from Vermont. The beer here has great flavor, each brew made with special ingredients and techniques. The staff was friendly and most important, knowledgable. Great brewery! Will come back next time I’m down south!

Went here while we were on vacation from Cali and it was the best part of our trip. :) If you’re in the area (or even if you’re not) you NEED to go here! Amazing beer, GREAT service, and super cheap!!! We got the beer samplers and loved all of them, especially Tequesta for the rest of us, the Watermelon saison, and daily grind. They have games you can play as you hang out and enjoy friends or even make new friends!

Very cool place! It’s one of the newer breweries that popped up in south Florida but the atmosphere felt so comfortable and inviting, like it had been there for years. I loved the dark mirrored hutch behind the bar. It made the taproom feel very «classic»! They had Ana whole little seating area with cows that looked super comfy. And since it was Saturday they had all their TV’s with college football games on. Since I’ve never had a Tequesta brew before we decided to order a flight to try a bunch of their brews. Instead of your normal wooden flight holders they had laminated placemats that had the beer classifications on them. It was sort of hard to tell which ones were which since not all of them didn’t match what we ordered. My favorites were their ‘Vantoberfest’ which was their German style Octoberfest brew; the Red Dragon their Imperial red ale, and their «last batch brew» which was a double IPA. My least favorite out of the ones we tried was the Gnarly Barley. I actually didn’t finish that one at all.
Special thanks to Kenny for giving us a one-​on-​one brewery tour. He let us check out their whole operations, the beer making process from start to finish, and even let us try some hops straight from the bag before it even goes to brew the beer! He was a really great informative host! Definitely make a trip up there to check them out. Excited to see them at more local brewing events and hoping they can get a bottling situation up and running soon. #DRINKLOCAL
