Decided to give this place a try and boy am I glad I did. I got the jalapeño burger and fresh cut fries. I’m in the middle of eating so I’m going to make this short and sweet. If you are in the area, you must try!

Nice staff. I was greeted when I entered.
They have a large choice of burger toppings as well as wings. Their burgers are quality and as advertised. Meaning, the food looks like the pictures.
They have thicker fries than fast food joints.
They weren’t busy when we went in because it was about an hour from closing.
I would go there again if I was in the mood for a thick style burger. Sometimes, I just like a thin burger.

Got a burger there once. Meat was stale, lettuce was brown and soft. I won’t go back after that experience. Apparently quality isn’t important enough for the cooks to make an effort at this place.

Food was fantastic. So fresh!
Restroom floor sticky and not welcoming. Men’s restroom smelled like death.
One member of our party was told that she could
not order a chicken salad and add shrimp. However, server came back and said she could order a shrimp salad and add chicken. Salads are same price, extra meat is listed on menu for charge we said was fine. It was pretty ridiculous. Server was not very knowledgeable about much of anything.
Service aside, the food was worth it. We had cheese burgers, jalapeño burgers, the salad, and kids grilled cheese and burger. Delicious!

Great burger. Picked it up on trip advisor thought I would give it a shot. Ordered the tiger burger. Came out just right medium rare and big burger. Great size for price point. Two specialty burger cost me $ 14.00 I would recommend for a quick burger. I would go back again if I was ever in Terrell Texas again

Why had I not tried this yet? I had the Island burger & sweet potato fries. They were delicious hand made burgers were perfectly cooked. Give it a shot for sure! Service was friendly and prompt restaurant was clean but I didn’t check the ladies room.

I’ve been here several times before and the food is very consistent and very good. Several items on the men you are great but the tiger burger is the best hamburger within 40 miles.

Been here a few times, they are now under new management. Super impressed. The service was incredible. Food was great. We had a party of 19 and the food came out in good time. They have an art area for the kids. Managers theory was the kids have a place to play so parents can have time to visit. My drink was never empty. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be going back.

WOW! I am impressed. Walked in and everyone is superfriendly and responsive. I got helped immediately and my food was promptly done. Most importantly… The food is phenomenal! I recommend the Tiger Burger… make it a dbl

I always check places for new reviews and I noticed that this place has a new owner
This has really made a difference for the better.
The food was a lot better today than in the past. The burgers were cooked correctly. A little to much mayo though
Only problem I had was that the fries and onion rings weren’t crispy enough. The oil that they were fried in tasted fresh. They just didn’t get it hot enough to put a good crispy crunch on them.
The service was great !
The new owner was super friendly !
I will go back for a good burger.

Just like Jungle Burger in Greenville Texas the interior of the store is very lacking. It could use a good makeover but it’s not dive status yet.
The service was good, the server was at our table in just a couple of minutes after our arrival. Now, this visit was around noon on a Saturday, the restaurant was at best 20% full. After placing our order we waited almost 30 minutes for our Turkey sandwich, Classic Cheeseburger and a order of homemade fries.
The wait was worth it, the Cheeseburger was cooked well with fresh sliced tomato and onion. The Turkey sandwich was fresh well appointed and served on toasted bread. The Fries, you have to try these homemade wonders.
Stop in the next time your in Terrell and have a great burger.

Shocking decline of a decent burger place. Gone is table side service… air conditioning turned off, big screen TV gone, no body in there, and it appears to be on its last legs.
Food was ok but portions and quality have that «we just don’t care anymore «feeling.

I absolutely LOVE Jungle Burger! They have so many delicious options that I want to try a different one each time, however… I always break down and get the Tiger Burger (picture added above). Buns and veggies are fresh, meat is delicious and portions are large. We usually share a regular fries and it’s plenty enough for 2. We have never left Jungle Burger disappointed or hungry. I definitely recommend them for an amazing burger in Terrell.

Place is kind of run down. Tables near the outside windows are slanting– I think the entire floor foundation is collapsing or something. Inside just didn’t look appetizing to eat at.
Had island burger and thousand island burger and regular cheeseburger. Sauce galore! Mayo was dripping out the sides. Please! Sauce should just be a light spread. NOT dousing the bread in mayo.
Appetizers: toothpick basket (fried slivers of jalapeños and onions) — very little portion. Almost laughable. Onion slices were very thin but thick breading. So basically no onion in them. Jalapeño slices were not spicy– so once again– we’re eating breading dipped in ranch. Tator tots were okay… Had an old oil taste though.
French fries were very good!!! Thin cut and looks like the natural cuts or maybe even fresh made in house and not from frozen. Whatever it was. That was the only thing I enjoyed there.
Burgers… Wasn’t for me. But my dad and brother liked them. Both came neat with the fixings.

Delicious! I got the Island Burger (with no bun) cooked medium rare. It came with grilled mushrooms and onions, jalapeños, provolone cheese… yummmm! The portion was generous, and I’m not a big eater, so I took the rest home and finished it for dinner.
The sweet potato fries came with white sauce that I assumed was ranch, so I was surprised when I ended up with a mouthful of icing. I’ve never had fries with icing, and it wasn’t bad, actually! (I personally don’t like things too sweet, so I ditched the icing and just ate them plain)
The staff were friendly and the service was great! Definitely coming back when I can!
