My wife and I attempted to eat at this waffle house with no luck. Our waitress was busy cashing out previous customers so she asked another waitress to get our drinks which was fine. When our waitress finished with the other customers she sat down at the bar area next to the register. About 5 minutes later she goes back to the register and then she started busting tables close to the register. We got up and walked out the door, but my keys fell out of my pocket into the seat of the booth we were in. I went back in to get my keys, and the waitress started walking my direction behind the counter and looks at me and never said a word. We will never go back again.

They shouldn’t even get one star but that isn’t an option. Nastiest place ever. Cass, the manager is a total B and should be fired. The food is plain and very limited, the employees are nasty, nothing is clean, this place should be condemned! Service is awful and nobody is friendly. Employees treat each other like crap right in front of everyone.

Well I recently moved to Terrell, TX and was in need of some good olé breakfast. Waffle House was close so we decided to eat breakfast there. The staff was very friendly and prompt with your order. The food is cooked to order and fresh off the grill. I ordered the all star breakfast that comes with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast and a waffle. It is a lot of food, but the price is awesome. Not the best place I have had breakfast, but it is a good place to get a fresh, quick breakfast. Also, the choices are very limited in Terrell, TX.
