Texas Bbq

Ok, like everyone else in the world, I am a big fan of amazing food. I consider myself bold and daring which leads to having no fear in trying new food. Now I know some of you might be thinking, «Texas bbq is nothing new OR out of the ordinary.» I will be the first one to agree with you. However, this bbq place is particular is fantastic!
I should have started writing reviews for Unilocal a long time ago! Upon arrival in Texas, my best friend insisted on taking me to the dinner to get a real Texas dinner.
Right when we entered Texas bbq, we were immediately greeted by the host and seated within 10 mins. Even before we were seated, we were already served fresh out of the oven dinner rolls with cinnamon flavored butter. Literally melts in your mouth! I could have eaten those the entire time. The menu offered a variety of things from half or full stack of ribs to bbq chicken. A choice of two sides also came along with the entrée. My best friend and I came to a decision to share a full stack of ribs with a side cesar side salad and a loaded baked sweet potato. When the food finally arrived, my mouth watered at the sight of the food. I immediately took a slice of the rib and the meat was so tender that it fell off the bone. Not as messy as I thought it would be! I’ve never had a Texas loaded baked sweet potato before so I didn’t know what to expect. Unlike a traditional baked potato, this sweet potatoe had marshmellows that were baked right on top! Not only was this meal completely filling, but the baked sweet potato with marshmellows was also like dessert!
Needless to say, this meal was an awesome way to start my Texas trip.
