It’s the 3rd time in row, went here late night and everything time I pull up to order, there excuses they can’t take order because the POS system is down… If that’s the problem purchase another POS system wtf !! stop using the same excuse and stop being lazy ! REASONISTHEYCLOSESAT12am so they don’t want to serve their customers !! This place need new management ASAP if not this place will close soon … Or get tech company to replace them with robots that produce 1 burger every 10 sec and pos cashiers… this place sucks and will never come back… taking my business else where, to all the employees here .you give Burger King a Bad Name… have it your ways my Azz !! Clean House ASAP !

I only rated this a one star because I had to. If I could rate less I would! This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. This morning I went to get breakfast for a co-worker and I. I am behind a car at the drive thru and when the car pulls off the employee tells me not to pull up. After looking at the previous reviews I’m guessing the reason behind that was so they don’t get in trouble by management because they take longer than expected. Anywho, the employee that took my order this morning 12÷18÷15, 6:15am was by far the rudest person I have ever met. I wanted to pay with two different debit cards and he said I wish you would have told me that earlier. I told him if it is such an inconvenience I can take my money elsewhere. Isn’t it your job to help and satisfy the customer? I don’t think its rocket science to figure out how to do two separate charges. LAZY is what I call it. If they were busy I wouldn’t have asked but they weren’t. He must have been agitated after I said that because he SLAMMED the window in my face and didn’t say anything afterwards. I wish he would have gave me a receipt with his name on it because I would report him– of course he didn’t give me a receipt at all. Hopefully management looks at these reviews and takes it seriously. This is NOT the only time I had a problem here at this burger king. NEVERAGAIN will I give a penny to this business.

The worst! You go and order and ask them specifically to not include certain condiments– they don’t listen. Then they tell you there is going be a wait for you to get your food. They ask you to back up your car, because there is a pressure plate at the drive thru window that is timing how fast they get the food to you. When you back up, it resets. Apparently the manager doesn’t like them to take longer than a minute on each customer, so their solution is to cheat the system by telling customers to roll off of the pressure plate. Also, their highway sign is never on and lit up and I complained about it to HQ months ago. I think the employees leave it off because they don’t want to be bothered with serving customers at night. It’s easier to make people think you’re closed. Shady sneaks who don’t deserve your business.

This place is horrible. They make you reverse so the camera doesn’t see you and they can not get in trouble, i guess? Why else would you ask your customers to reverse? This place needs to close down and turn into a Chipotle like the one in Metairie, LA did.

I went to this Burger King for breakfast a full 15 minutes before breakfast ended, desperately wanting my croissanwich fix. I was told at the drive through that, since breakfast was almost over, they were out of eggs. What? I know that it takes a few minutes, tops, to make the eggs, and they can be made individually. I decided to get something else, since I was still quite hungry, and I think I had to wait at least as long as it would’ve taken to cook the egg! The least effort required to go through the motions is about all you can expect from this store especially. What I don’t get is that the BK nearby in Gretna closed because it was horrible like this place, don’t they realize that they could be next?

SAVEYOURSELFTHEHEARTATTACK!!! Where do I begin? The service time per customer is HORRIBLE!!! There is no reason you have 2 cars pulled over and have me waiting in the drive-thru window awaiting food. Nothing in Burger King takes over 5 minutes to cook or prepare. I went to the drive thru window and waited at least 15 minutes for my food! Upon recieving my meal, my fries were old and cold, and my sandwich appeared to be thrown together. General upkeep of this facility is BELOWSTANDARDS! Painting on the building needs to be redone. My blood pressure rose so high that I could of went to the store and purchased the items to make my own sandwich, and still ended with less of a headache! I’m too disgusted with their perfomance and HIGHLYSUGGESTNOONEEATHERE! EVER!

They have a big sign that says drive thru open 24 hours, but I tried to go there late after work one night and they were not open. It is pretty annoying and I felt like there were employees there they just didn’t want to work. Pretty annoying burger king.
