I placed an order online to be sent the day off. It was a very fast process and within hours my boyfriend had his arraignment. Which he loved, he mentioned the fruits were super juice and ripped. His son and he devoured that bouquet in minutes. But I wasn’t happy with the presentation of the bouquet so I contacted the company. They called me the day after but I wasn’t able to take the call. The next day they took the initiative and send my boyfriend a new bouquet apologizing for the inconvenience. That was amazing of them to do, which they didn’t had to. It only shows the great company this is and how much you value your costumers. Many many thanks for it all. I truly appreciate it!

Went back to complain about an arrangement(80% of the fruits were hard, not ripe at all) employees acted like I was trying to scheme them, pretty much laughing at my face, very unprofessional! They shouldn’t assume everyone is trying to get stuff for free when they go back to complain. Some of us are genuinely unhappy with what we paid for. Definitely wont be going back!

Ordered a box and she said it would take 10 minutes. It took 35 minutes. With a dog and kid in the car and others waiting, that’s a big difference… What makes it worse, while I was waiting coworkers visited, went into the back and helped themselves to some of the treats. I think they were some of mine so more had to be made for my order — causing the delay. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.
