Received an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day from my husband. The arrangement itself was well made and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. My husband had the arrangement delivered along with a balloon and teddy bear, however the bear reeked like cigarette smoke which totally grossed me out! I called to let the shop know just as an FYI that delivery driver is clearly smoking while making these deliveries. I wasn’t expecting to get anything out of the call besides giving them a heads up. They offered to deliver me a new teddy bear which was a nice gesture since it was my first edible arrangement for mothers’ day from my husband and kids. Funny though, they never showed up to deliver the new bear… I didn’t request the new bear but why bother saying you’ll do something and then just not do it…

I recently went into the Edible Arrangements located in Wilmington not to sure exactly what I was doing or looking for. I had never ordered from them before but knew some relatives & co workers that said they had & loved the idea. I was greeted once I entered the store & the girl behind the desk was so helpful. She explained everything to me including picking out the best arrangement for the occasion, the delivery process & pricing. I was very pleased with the service I got & would highly recommend them. My family was so happy once they received the arrangement and that made me feel great. Good Job Wilmington! I will be back
