This is one the most unlawful practice management company that I have ever worked with. Not only did they not mention there was a $ 200 admin fee that was kept if you decided not to move forward with the rental but also try and keep your full deposit. The housing court clearly stated that by mass general law they are not allowed to keep any deposit amount if a lease agreement was never signed. They are attempting to keep my full deposit based simply on an application. This is unethical and plain simple stealing. Lee Management Properties based out of Tewksbury Mass are crooks.
