The store is outstanding. I was skeptical and buying tools from an outlet. I live in Dallas so returning something that doesn’t work would be an issue. Sure enough I had a problem and was worried and how they would resolve. The store manager did everything to make sure I am a repeat customer. He went out of his way to resolve my problem quickly with a new tool replacement for the defective unit. Customer service means a lot to me I will be back to get more great deals from tool outlet in the future. My new tool works perfect !!
