Jiffy Lube

I tired to use 2 Groupon for $ 20 each and was lied to and was told me Amanda the manager that I could only use one. Then when I got home I read the comments and they put on there that I had a nail in the tire. I called back and the manager had to ask someone else what tire. I wanted the usual oil change. I was charge the higher level @55.00 not the $ 39.99. They had to bays open but we’re only using one. When I got there was 4 vehicles in front of me and waited 45 min, witch was okay I do understand that they were busy.
If they over charge everyone then someone is making off with some serious cash /​bonus.

Overfilled engine oil almost one quart and installed wrong air filter. However the employees were friendly and fairly quick.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and helpful and the other men working in the garage were friendly and professional. I had my baby and the gentleman helping me was nice enough to open the doors for me and made sure I made it to the waiting area safely. I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes.

Found a $ 20 Groupon deal for area Jiffy Lubes and this was the closest one to the island. I drove up to the Mainland to pleasantly see that the place was pretty empty. There was only one car ahead of mine and they seemed to be moving pretty quickly.
I went and sat in the waiting room and read my book for awhile before she came in to tell me what other services would benefit my car. I opted for an air filter change as well since it looked really dirty. What I really liked is there was no pressure to get any add-​ons. She made recommendations and was not pushy or arrogant about it like other places I have been. I only got the services that were needed and they were really quick.
The waiting room smelled like really bad body odor and there was terrible country music playing. I cant complain about the latter too much because I realize I am in Texas. There was a large selection of different kinds of magazines and that was a plus.
I highly recommend going Monday-​Thursday because they get really busy on Friday’s and the weekends. I was in and out within a half hour and the service was friendly. They even vacuumed my sandy car mats.
