Schlotzsky’s

I’ve been to this location a few times over the last couple of years and consider it to be a viable lunch option in a city of terrible food choices. On my most recent visit, I called in a small catering order for a meeting I was hosting and received excellent service from the phone attendant and all staff inside when I made it into the store to pick up my order. The attendant did a great job explaining my options for the number of people I needed to feed and that helped a lot with my decision making. When I arrived, my lunch boxes were ready within a few minutes, so kudos to them for making my meals quickly as promised.
They aren’t the best sandwich known to man, but an excellent alternative to the Subways out there.

I consider Schlotzsky’s as good as it gets for franchise sandwich shops and this location is a well run unit.

Every time I’ve been here the service has been good and the food great. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the order out, but as long as great food is the result of that time, I’m happy.

Excellent sandwich shop. Way above normal for this neighborhood. The food and service both rate five stars. I had the «original» and a friend had the turkey. Delivered to the table.

Stopped in to get a simple bowl of soup, we had to wait way too long to place our order. There was only one or two other customers in the store but the staff was dealing with some stuff in the back.
On the plus side the tomato basil soup was very good, and once they took our order we received out soup pretty quickly.

Was the worst ruben I have ever had. Wrong dressing and the bread tasted burnt. Gave me ice tea one sweet one unsweetened but not marked. When asked she said the dark one was probably the sweet.

I’ve been here twice now and the food is great! The employees are also very nice and helpful as well. I will be returning!
