This place NEVER has a working ice cream machine. I’m talking middle of the day the ice cream machine is broke. What is that?

I am on an afternoon outing with my two grandkids and decided to allow them to choose the dining spot, so here we are. They got the usual kids chicken McNugget happy meal and they were pleased with it, even if I wished it was a little healthier. I decided to try the chicken bacon ranch salad, and was fairly pleased with it as a better option than a burger or fried chicken pieces. For a fast food salad it was pretty good, but not a place I’ll take my wife for a romantic outing.
