Big Lots

This store has the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. They always go over and above what I expect.

I’m a big fan of Big Lots, but I must say that sometimes it can be frustrating to shop there. I had gotten some Christmas decorations the other weekend at another Big Lots and when I went back to get more, they did not have stock on the items I wanted, plus the store was such a mess it made for a very frustrating experience. They did however look up one item for me which led me to stopping by the Big Lots in The Colony on Main Street yesterday after work. It was close enough from my route home that it wasn’t much of an inconvenience — about 8 minutes out of the way.
I was so surprised to see how well put together the store was! The aisles were clear, the shelves were stocked and organized. It was more like shopping in Target than Big Lots! The organization at the store really made for a more relaxing experience shopping. I also was able to easily locate the items I was looking for. I’ll be making future trips (a little more out of the way, but worth it) to this particular Big Lots.

This place is OK. Good prices. Don’t expect much of a service. Its average. The place is huge and a lotta stuff… The store is pretty confusing inside. Just too many things there.
Not a bad place to shop.
