Incredibly friendly! I am a kolache connoisseur after having lived in Houston. In my opinion, the bread is what makes or breaks kolaches. Even though the kolaches I ordered had been sitting for awhile, the consistency, softness and flavor of the bread was fantastic! Of the chorizo, egg and cheese, the potato, egg and cheese, sausage, egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese, the later was absolutely my favorite. The bacon provided a perfect amount of saltiness to offset the sweetness of the bread. Perfect. Good thing they are an hour from my house; otherwise, I’d be there every day!

This place is super adorable, as are the ladies that run it. Love the sausage and cheese kolaches. Someone mentioned how they were out of several of their favorite flavors on several occasions and gave them a low star rating for it. Did you stop to think that maybe they were out of your favorites because they were OTHER peoples’ favorites, too? Just a thought, but they may just be that good.

First the good — Nice ladies behind the counter. I think this is a family run shop. The store is clean and well decorated. There are a couple of tables where you can sit and enjoy your kolache and coffee. They have an espresso machine if you don’t want drip coffee. And the bad — Strictly average kolaches. They are light on the filling and mostly bread. They have been out of several flavors on 2 of my 3 visits. It appears they don’t like to keep many kolaches on the shelf for customers but I guess they might make stuff for you if you’re willing to wait. I am not.

There was a large piece of hard plastic-like«something» in my philly cheese steak kolache. Very unappealing and dangerous.

Very cute place. I could see myself sipping coffee while working on my laptop. The buns were actually a LOT bigger than I thought and very delicious. The dough was slightly sweet and it’s perfect when heated up. I only wish there was more filling, however I’m still very happy with what I got! Would definitely go back.

Very tasty! Kolache bread was very soft and delicious. I got the veggie– a little too much spinach– and the apricot — very sweet but very good. Husband got the jalapeño(with peppers actually inside) and chocolate(he seemed happy eating it.

Good customer Service. Spot just opened and are ran by two ladies who are super pleasant. Restaurant is cute and danity, perfect for cofee and a good read. I did notice there score was a C so that was a bit alarming. I also had to ask for my kolache to be warmed up because it was still pretty cold. Other than that it was a great experience and ill be back. Chow
