This location is horrible. I will not return after today: no pizzas(Friday night and no pizza, AGAIN), no medium size cups, no Ranch dressing, the list goes on and on. This location will go out of business if Corporate doesn’t intervene. Does this location even have a manager?

They need a manger there! Dirty tables and seats. Knives, forks, etc. empty, food line unattended have to find someone to tell them food missing. First and last time there!

Went to cicis in The Colony(tx), while paying started up conversation with the cashier Jordin i believe because the both of us looked familar to each other, she proceeds to tell me shes 17 so i dont know her, fast foward, i go back up there a little later to ask for ranch & couldnt see her. so i looked arround & there she is behind a hall or the oven not sure, holding hands & kissing on the manager… normally wouldnt bug about this but she did tell me her age… little inappropriate. didnt say anything & didnt get my sauce.

I’m not really a rating type of person, business have there good days and bad days but when there is no large drinks, no soup, no alfredo sauce, no ranch, no sweet tea on a weekend night you think you can just get over it. Very modern place.

I saw another rating and felt I needed to put my rating up here. We have eaten here a couple of times now with no complaints. Nice people, good selection but it is CiCis, its not gourmet. Nothing to complain about at this chain location.

OK, this is the third incarnation from the pizza chain here in T.C. Old owners said they couldn’t make it work, looking for a buyer, new buyer had it closed for a while, then did a major remodel turning it «up-scale.» When they first opened, the salad was xtra, and you could not make a buffet pie request. Apparently, the voices were heard since they now have banners saying the old buffet is «BACK.» I tried it again Monday. Staff friendly, front counter help greeted me as I came in, without yelling«WELCOMETOCICI’s»(Never understood that at the old place). Anyway, it is a $ 5.99 pizza buffet. Food is decent, drinks, salad items fresh(at the last place, watched a employee rather than scoop a black olive from the dressing jar, simply push it deep into the container on the line). I guess someone got a bonus salad surprise. My kids are excited they have slushy machines. Game room still about the same size as before, although much nicer and cleaner.

Pizza buffet is $ 5.99 + $ 1.00 if you want to add a soup or salad option. You can add both(but they will only charge you for one or the other… I believe). Selection of pizza is limited to about 6 pizzas, they still have brownies, cinnamon buns, pasta w/cheese/tomato sauce. Instead of using plates you use trays and replace out the tissue when you go up for another helping. The décor is much more modern and clean. They have an icee machine as well. Service here has always been upbeat and excellent. I just miss the the salad and soup buffet. I’m not a fan of the new concept, but then again, $ 6.99 for all you can eat lunch is still pretty cheap. Can’t complain too much. Doesn’t get too crowded at lunch here.

The new cicis has taken everything you knew and loved and slapped a price on everything. If you are expecting to get a wide variety in pizzas on their buffet, think again. You have a few options and everything else is a special order which you now have to pay for each pizza. Gone is the create your own salad section, now you have to beg the woman behind the counter for that extra tomato. I’ll probably not be coming back ever.

So now you can’t order your own pizza on the Buffett? I’m not coming back to this location again! I’m not a fan of the new concept at all!

New Concept Pizza Counter does not work. We went there and bought the buffet before we realized it was different, I went to custom order my mac and cheese pizza like I always do to get a few slices and was told this was not the case anymore and if I wanted custom pizza it would be more money. The flaw is they only have like 5 pizzas on the buffet. but with fewer pizzas there is never any we arrived to 3 empty trays and one or two slices. When asked the manager was very rude and told off me and other customers who asked about limited selection and never explained the changes. I will not go back. ITDOESNTWORK.

Yes, the inside is lovely. HOWEVER… My mom and dad are visiting and we all wanted some lunch; my daughter is sooooo picky and pizza is something she eats, along with carrots and broccoli. Let me just say; I love pizza, my cholesterol is so high, I should be dead, and knowing there is a salad bar at Cici’s, we headed here. Feed the kiddo, I hit the salad bar and at least smell the wonderful pizza right??? NOPE! We were all confused at first, you do get the endless pizza buffet, but now you have a choice of ONE serving of salad or soup. You do not make your salad, you get a choice of four salads; Caesar, BLT, Italian or you can have the person in the«salad cage»(as my daughter called it) make you whatever salad you want. In a small bowl. That’s it. I came here to just eat salad, I want to make my own salad, and I would like to go back to get more salad at least once. Nope! Eat your little bowl and be happy! My daughter did like the mac & cheese they had, but really, one little bowl of salad? No repeat trips? But, feel free to eat as much of the oh so healthy for you pizza! Everyone is saying we have an «epidemic of obesity» in the US, thanks for limiting the salad bar access, Cici’s! Keep that trend growing! Seriously disappointed, we will not be returning here and if other Cici’s change to this format, we won’t be going there, either.

If I”m going to Cici’s, its for a buffet people!!! This cici’s mainly wants you to pay the full amount for a custom made pizza. if i wanted to do that then I would have ordered from Dominos! They do have the buffet pizza bar, but they don’t keep the pizza’s stocked and you cant get salad anymore without the extra charge! I do think the new remodel is nice, however, this is the colony. its a shit hole, i dont see the point of making this place über nice in order to charge more. Bottom line, if youre craving Cici’s, go to the Frisco location because this new location is NOT Cici’s!

Sorry the remodel of this location is nice and great and very modern but taking away soup and salad and limited to only 10 pizzas on the bar that not the cici I like and remember or even like the Cici’s Pizza everwhere else. not only were we limited to 10 types of pizzas the pizzas werent always fully stocked at all. This Cici’s also charge for extra soup and salad and a different kind of pizza unlike the others and everything seems so restricted and not really down to earth like other Cici’s. Pizzas are ok nothing to be wowed about even though they claim to be alot better than other cicis to me it was about the same. Sorry I wont be coming to this location again and if cici make this to all across the board then I will no longer eat at cici’s. You can mark my word on that.

CiCi’s Pizza is new and improved! I like the new look inside. Still has a great buffet selection for a cheap price. The slices are bigger and taste great. Also there are various upgrade options like the dessert and salad bar as well as custom order pizzas. I’m just glad CiCi’s is back!

Cici’s stepped their game up! Pizza was better, restaurant is much nicer, and the staff was awesome. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… BOOM! SLURPEEMACHINE! Good job, Cici’s. You’re killin it.

Everything has changed… yes the remodel is nice, but everything else, dropping the salad bar… is crap. Not impressed all the way around. Waited 20+ minutes for Mac and cheese pizza… the one reason my son likes Cici’s Please please please CiCis do NOT make this the model for a franchise-wide change, this is awful!

Ok… what the heck is CiCi’s doing here?! They’re changing the game. And it’s a great change. They formerly were a place set up in lpw income neighborhoods that served crappy cheap pizza. Now? They’re still very affordable, but the pizza and options are great. First, you walk in and it looks modern, hip. Classy, nor trashy. The employees all seemed like they wanted to be at work rather than slitting their wrists like usual. The food? You have choices. The buffet is still an prom. But you’ve also got build your own personal pizza options, pre designed options, and dinner salads. I went with an alfredo, chicken, basil flatbread and it blew me away. Really. I was thoroughly impressed. You also have an option to add the dessert or breads ticks for $ 1 more. Not bad. Now, I wouldn’t necessarily say that it’s 5 stars all around. But most improved company I’ve seen in a long time? Absolutely. The concept has changed completely while remaining affordable and accessible. The décor is cleaner and more condusive to a family dinner. Not bad. Not bad at all. Hope they keep this up and remodel their other stores as well.

This review is about this particular Cici’s Pizza. This incident happened a couple years ago. To be honest, the food is adequate. But my son loves the place. However, it’s the little things that make the impact. I took my sons there and went to pay. I pulled out my credit card to pay but they don’t accept American Express. This normally wouldn’t be an issue, except I was in the middle of switching banks, and I don’t carry cash. I told the manager I would be back in a few a minutes to get some cash. She said that we could eat for free. I realized I had a gift card in my wallet and could pay for dinner. I went to the counter and the manager told me that my money was no good there. It was completely unexpected and amazing. On my next visit, I paid for the people behind me. It’s the idea that the Cici’s manager cared enough that my children ate then without a few minute delay that made all the difference for me.

It is $ 5 all you can eat pizza and others like salad and deserts. But really you get what you paid for. I would still rather pay more for better quality pizza. I do like the fact that they can customize your pizza upon request. So if you are just super hungry and are looking for some place quick, this is not a bad choice.
