I want to like their pizza but I just can’t. The topping are very fresh… But often have an uncooked feel/taste to them… like green pepper has a raw crunch, which I think I would like if the taste balance was there. There is almost no sauce on them. Not enough cheese so the balance is not there. It tastes like bread and fresh veggies(couldn’t taste the pepperoni)… The italian taste is missing because there’s no sauce or cheese. Always cold and late. Order from Mr jims instead… They are generous with fresh toppings and it’s good hand tossed crust if you order original crust(delish is a thinner crust) and it arrives hot and coupons on their website

I have had pizza delivered from here several times. Absolutely the best pizza. I suggest ordering online because they have several specials for ordering online

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I absolutely LOVE papa john’s but my experience here was horrible. First time — the pizza did not taste good at all. I couldn’t get myself to eat a second slice and the garlic sauce was old. Second time — i called in my order. When i arrived 15 minutes later(the time they promised), I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone was able to help me. Then… the manager came and looked for my order, and wasn’t able to find it. So they said it would be another 20 minutes this time and didn’t apologize. After waiting for 25 minutes, i went up to the cash register, and waited another 5 mintues to get helped. The cash register was frantically looking around for my pizza, walked outside to ask the manager, came back inside and started making a pizza. So i asked him if he was making my pizza… and he said yes. You have got to be kidding! They actually expect me to wait ANOTHER20 minutes for my pizza?! Ridiculous! The manager was talking to a lady outside, and didn’t bother to come inside to explain or apologize. No one did! So I walked out and went next door to Wingstop and they had my order ready under 15 minutes. I have not returned here since last year and do not plan to. poor managing = poor establishment

We moved from Irving and sorely missed a Papa Johns outlet.. but when this one opened. it was a prayer answered. We usually are impatient enough to carry out. the online order, pick takes less than 20 – 25 mins and is very feasible. I hear some complaints about delays in delivery. but I have not tried it out. But back to the pizzas. they are fresh and delicious as expected… we are on their Papa Points program which roughly translates to to a free 10th Pizza. Cheers, Adi

I LOVEPAPAJOHN“S PIZZA! It’s my favorite delivery pizza and the last 4 years I have lived in a no delivery zone(even though some stores were less then a mile away) and finally they reopened The Colony location. I understand that every new business has growing pains but 3 strikes your out in my book. 1st time — 1 hour delivery time when quoted 30 — 40 minutes — plus cold pizza — told they were short staffed 2nd– over 1 hour delivery, manager took care of pizza — pizza still arrived cold — told they were short staffed 3RDTIME — over 1 hour late, told they were called manager told him that I wanted my pizza recooked and redelivered — 1:45 minutes later I received my pizza REHEATED and then thrown back into the box. Awful! Unfortunately I have switched to Digornio pizza.
