How can a place check an order TWICE and still mess it up? Do you really think this helps others support your cry for $ 15 an hour? We will stick with Pizza Hut for our wings. They always get the order right. We had to drive all the way back to get the rest of our order and requests for gas compensation were denied.

The food Is delicious but the past four times I have had to wait 20 – 45 minutes after the time is told when I order online. That’s unacceptable and the employees always give me excuses.

Wingstop has the best flavors out there. The garlic parm, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian are way better than any other wing chains out there. I’m not a huge fan of their fries but a lot of my friends are. But I do love their rolls! I try and come here as often as possible. Doesn’t hurt to order ahead of time.

I love wing stop. This is the first time iv been to wingstop and been disappointed. I ordered 3 separate meals, one of which was extra crispy. Instead of making a whole new batch of fries, they just made all of the fries extra crispy for all 3 orders! They also made all of the chicken extra crispy! It’s like they couldn’t be bothered to read the entire order. Very disappointed!

Let me first by saying I would never ever go to this place again if my wife didn’t like it. And the food is great. But the service is horrible. They have no sense of time. If they say 20 mins before your order is ready be prepared to wait 40 – 45 mins. Happens all the time. As for the workers some are actually genuinely apologetic and try and help. But some sit there starring at a bag instead cleaning or helping get the food ready.

I’ve had it with this location! They are constantly getting orders wrong or totally forgetting part of orders. When I get a to go order, I have to drive all the way back to the store to get it corrected and then they think by fixing just the thing that they got wrong 15 minutes later, everything else is alright. Meanwhile the rest of my food is now cold. All WingStops have gone down in quality, but this one especially.

Trash service here and unclean. They forgot to make my online order and want me to wait another 40 minutes, after being here for 30. Only idiots work here.

Normally I wouldn’t leave reviews for visits as uneventful as mine was here. I imagine other people are the same way, and that’s probably why this place doesn’t have a very good rating, so I’ll try to help fix that a little bit.
I ordered boneless wings online. Then, I came to pick them up, and they were ready when I got there. I took them home and ate them. They were good.
That’s all there was to my trip.

Im shocked to see all these bad reviews, People are fast to judge, maybe the employees were having having a bad day or something. Anyway me and my family have been coming here for 5 yrs, ever had a problem here. Great service.

Ordered pickup to be ready at 2 over 2 hours early, showed up 15 minutes early. Currently waiting in empty resteraunt with no food 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup. Someone please send food, I’m getting hangry!

I don’t know why so many people have had bad experiences at this location. We’ve been coming here for about 8 years and have never had a problem of any real consequence. Staff are friendly, orders are ready around the 14 minute mark and the wings are good. We’ve called in orders and eaten at the place and same good experience both ways.

Horrible service! TERRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE. We will not go to this wing stop again. This is the 2^nd time we’ve had poor service.
Ordered over the phone, asked what bone in size orders they have for the meat only no combo. He said 6,8,10. We ordered two orders of 10. Get there 15 minutes later and he set me up for a combo. I said I didn’t ask for a combo and he was obviously annoyed. They hadn’t even made the order so why he was so pissed I haven’t idea. 10 mins later I got my food. Asked where the ranch is and was told that it’s $.96 extra. He then proceeded to help another customer and wall to the back before getting my ranch.

Great wings if they get the order correctly. Unfortunately when they are busy (game day), they get it wrong.
I caught it at time of payment, the girl that was on other register said the order was what I bone in. get home and it’s boneless. Boneless taste like chicken nuggets! nasty!!!
Historically the management at this facility isn’t customer centric. We try to have wings for each game, have to start using another place now.

Horrible service! If your in crunch time and its game day do not rely on them to deliver. Business is starting to boom in the colony, someone open up a pluckers!

Great food, friendly service. Of course they might forget to add something to your order from time to time. But that’s the restaurant business

Ordered the Glider Sandwich combo (2 decent sized chicken sandwiches) and a huge order of fries. I don’t like this type of style cut fries and the sandwich was salty! I was chugging down water as I ate my meal. Overall, wasn’t very satisfied. Not a big wings place fan. Homemade wings are the best!

Sigh, I love Wingstop, I really do. Nothing makes me happier than a bowl of freshly made wings ready for me to devour. However, unfortunately I will be avoiding this location in the The Colony like the Plague.
My brother and I walked into Wingstop and ordered at approximately 3:26 pm. We had ordered the 8 piece combo and then proceeded to sit down and wait for it to come out. At approximately 3:55 pm, we were curious as to why our order hadn’t come out yet. The magic number we use with Wingstop is 14 minutes so near the 30 minute mark, we were a bit concerned. My brother went up to the counter and asked how much longer the order would take — the cashier told us 4 minutes. At around 4 pm, they called out our order. While my brother was at the counter picking up his order, he asked the cashier why it had taken so long. We were the only patrons inside of the restaurant in that time period. Only when we were about to leave did another patron come in.
My brother wasn’t angry but he was a little upset that he had to wait nearly 35 minutes just to get some food. My brother addressed to the employees at Wingstop that he wasn’t upset and he just wanted to know why it took this long. In comparison to the usual 14 minutes it takes, 35 seemed excessive. The cashier called out to the cook telling him that my brother wanted to know why it took so long. Instead of addressing the problem, we got an excuse of «we had to make it.»
We just wanted to know why the order took so long — perhaps they order got screwed up or mixed up. However, no one was willing to address the problem or answer us directly. Instead they ignored my brother after giving him an inadequate response and he sat down in frustration. I asked my brother if they had been rude to him and my brother responded with an exasperated sigh and said that we wouldn’t come back to this location ever again. We left Wingstop frustrated and feeling like we were not even seen as patrons. As we walked out of the establishment, we were ignored as well. Unfortunately because of this past experience, we will probably do everything in our power to avoid this location and it’s turned us off from Wingstop for a bit.
On the flip side, the wings were tasty. The customer service. was not.

Food is either perfect or terrible. Have stopped going because it’s too much of a gamble.

Awesome for those days when you leave office early but get home late .if you now what I mean
Crashed in with a colleague a couple of times. with intention to have a quick beer.
But we got tempted to get into the platters of wings and a second round of beer.
Takes time to get your order, and there is a steady flow of to-​go orders, which helps keep the food fresh and flowing but also keeps the place fairly less crowded.
Very laid back staff and informal atmosphere. Chill.
Spicy wings in ranch + swig of favorite draft beer… aah life is good.

I go to this Wingstop all the time, because I live nearby.
The food is great, the service is friendly, and I’ve never encountered any mysterious gas or gas-​like substance.
(and I really doubt this place is losing customers — they’ve done tons of business ever since they opened)
