Friendly welcome and order set-​up (oil change and tire rotation). Received call that car is ready, no pesky up-​sell efforts. Quick and easy check-​out. Then: black oily smudges on leather steering wheel, black boot marks on floor mat, black oily finger prints on hood. Parking at home for an hour, had drippings of excess fresh oil in drive way. Ergo — nice front desk, lousy mechanics.
