6 months old, most of the booths have outlets, some other tables near the wall have outlets as well. They have wi-fi, and also noticed my Verizon cell service here is at full 4G bars. Nice location right off 121. Little bit more amenities than other Panera Breads in the Dfw area like multiple kiosks for making your order as an option. Staff is new and I feel they are somewhat inexperienced.

I work very close to this location. We do a lot of catering with panera, before this one opened it was the one in frisco. Never had any issues with the frisco location. This location is horrible. Always slow, even rapid pick up is slow. Customer service is average at best. Drive thru is incredibly slow. Whoever is in charge of this location should really get it together as far as customer service and timeliness goes. There are more and more options popping up in this area and panera won’t be the first, second or third choice for very long.

First visit to Panera Bread in several years, but recalled that it was very good… We got the broth bowl, a Pick Two(Caesar Salad with Chicken and Turkey with Avocado BLT — both were«halves»). The bill was nearly $ 21.00. The broth bowl was less than half full. If that’s what the normal portion is supposed to be, they could save some money on packaging and just use a much smaller bowl. The portions for the two Pick Two items were also disappointingly small for the money. The food was pretty good, but waaay too pricey for what you get. We’ll be going back to Culver’s nearby for their excellent salads and sandwiches — full size ones — for half the price.

OMG! I finally found my perfect TOGO breakfast place! Normally I would just drive by because I never thought of them as having good breakfast and I can always get a better breakfast some where else. I guess I didn’t know what I was missing because I randomly stopped in here and order the steak and eggs breakfast sandwich on the asiago bagel and I was blown away this was a very delicious sandwich. So when I travel I will be looking for a Panera Bread place to satisfy my breakfast craving!

I love Panera and always choose it over Starbucks or other coffee shops when I need to work remotely. I was thrilled to see a new one coming up in my neighborhood, but overall I have been disappointed. Today was the third time they have provided questionable and or slow service. My first issue with this location is when I used the drivethru and asked for a turkey sandwich that I have had at Panera before and is on their menu. I was told that they did not have a sandwich like this. I told the woman that I was looking at it on their menu and she insisted that they did not have it. It was a turkey sandwich! I didn’t feel like having a drivethru debate so I ordered something else. The second issue was two weekends ago when I had to wait for over 10 minutes for an item that is usually readily available at breakfast time for quick pickup — the location was relatively empty at the time. This morning was the worst. I came in and ordered a power sandwich, found a table and started doing some work. There were only two other guests in the restaurant. After about 15 minutes I got up and saw that there was a power sandwich sitting on the counter. There were 5 – 6 employees so I expected that one of them was going to bring it out if it was mine. 2 – 3 employees walked past the sandwich without even looking at it. I finally got up and asked one of the people in the front if this was my sandwich that had been sitting on the counter getting cold and his response was, «I’m only the baker». He checked the number and verified it was mine and offered me a pastry to go along with my «now cold» sandwich. I will be back to this location only because it is near my house and the food(when correct temperature) is good. This place needs to pick it up if it plans to survive in an area becoming saturated with restaurants.

We made take out yesterday and got this bread with hair on it. It’s obvious that it was there when it was baked because the hair was baked inside the bread. We ask the girl in the counter and show it to her and she act like nothings wrong. Not to make a scene we just replace it and walk-out like nothing happened. There must be something wrong in this store, are they even using hairnets? To bad thats one of our favorite store. :(

Pathetic! I should of read the reviews before I went. This location is horrible! I usually love Panera. my mistake. First, it’s super slow! Next, the pasta looked cheap, after I took one bite and wanted to vomit, I will never be back.

This place is slooooow! It’s your standard Panera fare, good soup and sandwiches, but the service at this location is abysmal. Tried the drive thru for lunch on a Tuesday and it was a 20 minute wait. Tried the inside to-go for lunch on a non-crowded Friday and it was a 28 minute wait. It’s Panera, so the food is good, but don’t go if you’re hungry or you might end up gnawing an arm off before you actually see your food.

Mixed experience on multiple visits. Relatively new location, which is clean, well maintained. Parking is generally easy and quick access from SH121. Cheese tortaleni is consistent — the alfredo sauce is decent, although the garlic flavor is muted. Portion is overly generous. french baguette option is awesome and A+++. You have to ask for butter and cannot order it via kiosk or at counter — an inconvenience. Apple Pecan salad was served without any discernible apples — #fail. Server did not provide receipt on the tray as per prior experiences — maybe this is something different now. Café Latte was served in to go cup, even though this was dining in and looked like an 8oz pour. Panera food, when done right, is of excellent quality, plating/presentation which is why we choose Panera. Service is ultra fast — our order was out in less than 3 minutes from the time we ordered at the kiosk. If the assembly of the menu item was more consistent, it would make the experience less of a crap shoot. I have faith in Panera in terms of improving the service at this location… Other locations in Frisco, Plano, and Dallas do not have these issues. Must try the new Tomato Basil soup — it looked good enough to be food porn. seriously.

Nice setup and good layout of the restaurant but food what brings me in for the first time is simply airport food that’s all i can say.

I love this place. I get the broccoli cheese soup. I love it. I also recommend the short bread cookies. Good prices are their breads sold by the loaf. I have used the drive thru, in person ordering and online ordering. Had great experiences at all 3.

Check Number 1117863÷17÷1612:05pm I’ve never been to a Panara Bread before and I have to say that I’m very disappointed. I ordered a ½ Italian Combo Sandwich and a bowl of Baked Potato Soup. Based on this experience I won’t be coming back. 1) My total was $ 9.83 for a half a sandwich and a cup of soup. I didn’t even order a drink. That price point is insane for a counter service restaurant 2) The sandwich was pathetic. The tiny slice of roast beef on it would not have covered half a slice of bread. There was almost no sauce at all. The bread was tough and hard to chew. 3) The soup was under seasoned, luke-warm and had maybe 3 pieces of bacon in it. I could have had better soup if I had gone to the grocery store, bought a $ 1 can of Campbell’s potato soup and heated it in the microwave at work. 4) I asked for chips and instead got a hunk of day old bread. The server did get me the chips, but it showed a lack of attention to detail.

I got food poisoning yesterday from here. I had one of the broth bowl meals on Sunday night and Monday afternoon I was throwing up amongst other things. Normally panera bread is agreeable but not this time. Won’t be coming here again.

It’s difficult to find healthy options in a drive thru but this Panera location fits the bill. Their Plum Ginger Hibiscus Green Tea is a much better coice than soda. Panera offers you a choice of ordering a half sandwich, although the half is a bit pricey at $ 6+. But they offer tasty fresh and healthy ingredients so it’s worth the little splurge. Then we come to this location… I’ve been here twice. The first time, I tried the roasted turkey and caramelized kale panini, the second time, I had the ½ roasted turkey and avocado BLT. I don’t know who they have working here but they obviously haven’t learned that the ingredients belong –inside– the sandwich. The first visit, the kale was all lumped together on one side of the sandwich and half falling out. I chalked it up to a busy day and returned for lunch a couple of weeks later. This time, the avocado was all lumped together and ¾ of the way outside of the bread, the other side of the sandwich had all the turkey and the mayo was smeared on the outside of the bread. oh by the way, I asked for no mayo. So while I love the food at Panera, I don’t think they should hire people that don’t know how to make a sandwich. I mean, come on, its a sandwich! The stuff goes inside two pieces of bread, spread out evenly so you can taste all the ingredients in each bite. It’s such a shame that this place can’t get it right or I would have been a regular.

This is the first time eating at this location and I could tell that they are a bit unorganized… BUT our experience was great! The lady at the counter, Laura, was so helpful and nice. She really went the extra mile. The coffee was cold so she brewed more, came to our table to get our cups to serve us(for a self-serve restaurant it was a nice change), she checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Brought us what we needed. Awesome customer service! Now for the food… potato soup, turkey bacon sandwich, Asian sesame salad, and grilled cheese… all of it was delicious! No complaints at all!

I have never had such a horrible experience with Panera Bread until this new location that opened recently. I ordered a to-go Fuji apple chicken salad and tomato basil soup from the drive thru. Simple order right? Wrong! I didn’t think twice to check if they got my order correct because I thought it was simple enough to not mess it up. So I left but lo and behold, they gave me the wrong salad and the wrong soup… How annoying. Not only did they mess up the order but I was super disappointed with the puny size of the salad. I don’t ever remember Panera salads being that small… For $ 7.99, it looked like it was half eaten… Hahah I don’t even know. However, I let it go since it was«one» mistake. But guess what, it was my mistake to go back to this Panera. They did it again, they got my order wrong again, but this time I remembered to check before driving off and they fixed it. Sadly, after the second time, I just don’t want to ever go back here. No thanks.

The food was normal fair for a Panera. Service was prompt and polite. I always use the self order terminals due to less chance of a mistake being made on my order. Good lunch spot

Wow, what a horrible surprise! Got a flatbread and a chicken pasta for my wife and I. Both, I would’ve thought were frozen microwave $ 3 meals. The $ 1 brownie was trash too. They didn’t include the brownie and parfait in the bag when I left. Had to drive back to get those and both were trash. ***picture is before one bite!..,

I’m a big fan of Panera bread and was excited to find out one opened near me. This is a fairly new location so I’m sure they are still working their way through. I’ve been to this location twice. Love that there is a drive thru. The food was good on both occasions. I had the roasted turkey sandwich with caramelized kale and the chicken cobb salad with avocado(the dressing is so good) and a chocolate croissant… delicious as always. Also tried the Hibiscus Ginger green tea. it really didnt have much flavor to it.

The coffee and hot chocolate is really good here. They even tell you when they brewed it. They also have good pastries. I get the chocolate muffy. I like the sandwiches from here because they have a lot to choose from. This Panera bread is better than the others because they have more people working here.
