These guys run a first rate tan salon. Very upscale and clean. Everything is well maintained. Very affordable.

Tan Factory continued to charge my credit cards for two months after I cancelled my membership. I called 2 dozen times and left messages for the owner and was assured every time by employees that he or his wife would call me back. I never Recieved one call!!! When I went in to get my card refunded I was told by the owners wife it wasn’t her fault her employees did those things and that they «didn’t» get the messages, and that she wasn’t respondsible for their actions when she wasn’t there. So I would not be receiving a refund and even said she might charge me a third month because I should have come earlier. I was absolutely disgusted with her and her lack of customer service and very serious lack of responsibility for her employees and their mistakes. I have never in my life dealt with such a shady business!!!

I was looking for a tanning salon near my home. This place is clean and affordable; the staff is friendly and helpful. I used to tan at Palm beach glad I gave this place a try and like it better as it isn’t as busy. The salon is well maintained and beds work great.
