Disappointed… paid over $ 9 for two bowls and found the yogurt to lack any flavor. Thank goodness for toppings. We tried 6 flavored too… too bad

Good yogurt, Lots of good toppings but I wish they could figure out their problems with the cash register. I had a gift card for $ 30 I went in once and it didn’t work, I was given a new gift card with $ 30 on it. The next time I went in, the new gift card didn’t work again. And I was basically told«too bad». The young staff is constantly changing as well. No one seems to know what they are doing.

I love Yocream! So glad they serve it. However there containers to take home cheaper are unpopular flavors. I used to work for Costco and used the same yogurt and machines. I don’t know what’s wrong with theirs but every time I try to go in the yogurt is always soupy. I go in at times when they aren’t busy and it’s getting cold now and still bad soupy yogurt. I get yogurt is soft serve but every time I put a little in a cup I throw it out and leave because it will melt before I eat it. Wish they would fix this problem. Also the people that work there are in the back a lot and a few times I have had to wait for them to realize I’m even there.(At least 10 minutes) to pay. Ridiculous. And much rather go to burgerville, DQ or make my own sundae at home!

What a treat. Friendly, helpful staff, generous portions and fruits, and delicious sorbet.

My family’s favorite place to stop for a treat-have to watch my little ones though-almost a pound of yogurt last time ;)

Finally! A nice little yogurt shop made its way to The Dalles. Remodeled in Hollywood Video’s old location, Double Berry is a nice place to grab some yogurt and chill out. The staff is very helpful, offering samples & walking newbies through the self-serve yogurt process. The interior is updated and clean, with plenty of seating options. Some of the candy toppings were stale when we visited, but the berries seemed fresh. The yogurt can be a little runny if you’re the first to use that flavor in a while so pull the lever a little and let some of the liquid drip onto the tray(that’s what they’re there for) — then you won’t have a soupy dessert. Seems to be a favorite of family and the high school crowd, but the staff is quick to ring you up and it’s cheap!
