The Dalles, OR
I was only in this store once and that was enough. Did my research online before going into the store, so I already knew what I wanted. However, once in the store I discovered that the phones and plans were more expensive than online. So I left and went to Radio Shack and got the Verizon phones and plan I wanted to begin with. You would think that the Verizon store would have better deals than their competitors.

The Dalles, OR
They don’t have enough people working. Customer service not good. They don’t even acknowledge you when you enter even if they are busy. This is the third time I have been there and ended up leaving after a long wait and not getting helped. I am going to Portland. I want to say that I went back to Verizon today. They still only had two people working. There were no other customers in the store. I was a acknowledged right away. There customer service was very good. Maybe it depends on who is working.

Horrible customer service. Only one employee working and couldnt multitask. 3 people left after an hour just waiting to purchase a charger or make a payment.
