The Woodlands, TX
Heard a scampering in my ceiling and called my home warranty. They sent Campbell’s to deal with it. Their solution was to try to sell me 6 bait traps for outside for $ 25 apiece and a monthly service that started at $ 75 a month but later was quoted at $ 45 a month. Technician ended up doing nothing but spraying for bugs we don’t have when I refused to pay his exorbitant fees. I paid for the single service and called another company that does not charge for traps and is taking care of the problem without being intimidated into an unnecessary monthly service.

The owner personally came out to my home to service my house. He provided me with good information on how to keep my kitchen and home clean to avoid any pest issues. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Very up front and honest company!
