Was told the y would hold a charbroil grill for me with a sold sign on the grill. When I went back in the store to get the grill they sold it to someone else. I will never shop there and do not recommend it to anyone else either

Came here for the July 4th no tax savings. I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer from them. I expected the delivery(to the store, not even my house) to arrive on the date that they told me and somehow they screwed that up. The appliances never got shipped so I gave them a horrible rating. Why I’m giving them such a high rating is because the owner of the store called me himself, apologized for the mistake that they made and offered to expedite the shipment as well deliver it straight to my house. Nothing has been wrong ever since and I can appreciate it when the owner owns the mistakes and rights the wrongs!

Easy to find what I was looking for. Got help right away, then again when I had another question. Talked with the sales person Don who helped me last visit by coaching me how to electrical solder. Gave him the feedback that it worked! Great store!

I went into the store(Woodlands Panther Creek) to use the«Lifetime Warranty» for replacing a busted tool when I was working on my truck this morning. I checked in with the cashier and even had an elderly gentleman help me to find the tool, but when I went back to the register to do the exchange… the«store manager»(who would not give me his name; tall young black fellow) told me that he would not do the exchange. He proceeded to tell me that he is not going to honor the exchange & I have to buy another one. Shocked at this response I began questioning him. He rudely started to over-talk me and began acting VERY disrespectful both in his body language & the way he spoke to me. Saying such things such as «It was my fault for breaking the tool» and«That I needed to go online for tool replacement» he continued to imply how ignorant I was. When I asked why he was choosing to NOT honor the lifetime warranty, he stated that I was«wasting his time» and he was through dealing with me. Then he proceeded to walk away from me. And another young man approached me asking me to leave the store. I am absolutely appalled at mans behavior much less the store’s customer service. I know that had I walked in in my suit instead of my car clothes he probably would have treated me differently. I do know that there are plenty of other companies that do honor such lifetime warranties since it is clear Sears does not want my business.(Husky, Cornwell, Matco, Snap-On just to name a few) It makes me sad to see how far Sears has fallen. But I now know why they are going out of business.

This is exactly what a hardware store should be. Every kind of screw, nail, bolt, and staple you could ever want; tools, fixtures, pipes, wire, and adhesives for any quick maintenance task wait to be taken home. I basically just come here if I’m not sure where on earth I’m supposed to buy something(like replacement burner pans for my stove), and it’s generally here. They’ve got some good deals on Kenmore mowers and appliances, some patio items and lawn ornaments, things like that, too. The staff has been extremely helpful every time I needed something.

I just moved here and bought my first home. Naturally, there has been a lot of last minute, «I need this and that» trips. Sears Hardware has been great for these. Their prices seem to be adequate, I’m sure you may be able to find things a little cheaper occasionally by searching. But for small purchases here and there I’m not too worried about it. Their location is great, much closer than Lowe’s and the staff is helpful. My parents had ordered a birthday present for me and scheduled it for pick-up. They thought it was ordered to the Panther Creek store, but it was set at the Mall store. The staff at the Panther creek store was able to figure this out, get the other order canceled and everything taken care of. No major complaints. #100

They had what I needed. It was easy to find in thus small(ish) store. Small store means that there are not too many choices. That’s a good thing. Sometimes picking something out at HD is a pain.
