Best store I haven to! They took the time to find out my issue with my phone. They asked a lot of questions, and at first I felt like it was an interrogation. Anytime anyone asks me tons of questions I feel like that though. I realized that the tech was trying to narrow down what was wrong with my phone. He told me it would be about an hour wait, I don’t like being without my phone but I understood that they needed time to go through it and try to fix it. The tech researched my issue and found out that the cause to my issue was my wifi calling not being set up properly. He helped me set it up properly and then helped me download the sprint protect app. He explained that he understood that most people do not like being with out a phone and with this app, a tech could remote into my phone and fix any future issues while I was at work or school! Awesome service!

I have been to this store twice and both times the customer service has been terrible. I went yesterday for service. The tech told me my battery was bad but never bothered to put in a new battery to see if that was correct. Then I was told that they don’t have batteries there(a repair center without batteries!!!). It seemed like because I couldn’t buy a new phone from them, they didn’t want to help or even direct me to another store who could. I understand that this is not a corporate store and they can’t always do everything, they could have at least referred me to the corporate store just 10 miles away! By the way — I went to another store, was told it was NOT the battery — yes, we tested it with a battery they knew to work — and my phone was replaced. I’m currently using the battery I was told was«no good» in my new phone and it’s working just fine.
