Mailbox Express

After a very disheartening experience at the nearby UPS store at 120^th and Colorado Blvd, I cautiously entered this store today. (Please see my review of the poor excuse for service I received at the UPS store if you need to ship anything…)
What a delightful experience at Mailbox Express at this location.
Competent, helpful, shipped my item for a fraction (and I DO MEAN a FRACTION!!) of the price quoted 10 minutes earlier by the UPS store, who told me it would cost $ 70– no then $ 37– no then $ 13 to ship an item with no insurance and no special services via ground that weighed less than an ounce.
$ 3.25 shipped first class mail via united states postal service, and up to $ 100 insurance and with tracking number. Plus, AND I DO MEAN A HUGE PLUS… COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT SERVICE.
KUDOS to this business and the owner and civil, kind and competent employees, and for a level of service that seems all but gone in this day and age.
Thank you, thank you. Superior and highly recommended service to consumers. I will return again and again.
