We went in last night to buy a mattress. We had checked out Conn’s before going in (not a good experience), so we were hesitant about goon. In and being 0 – 2. However we were so pleasantly surprised after meeting Jerry. Jerry was so helpful, knowledgable, funny — and made the entire process enjoyable. We walked out with a bed, no spring, sheets, and really expensive pillows I never thought I would by but am thoroughly enjoying so far. Definitely go here for your next mattress.

They can sell mattresses. They can definitely take you money. Just don’t expect the mattress to be delivered, and don’t expect anyone to be there when you are calling to find what’s going on. I purchased my mattress and adjustable base Saturday, and signed up for delivery between 5−8pm the following Monday. I left work early so that I would be here on time for delivery. I cleared a path and disassembled my old bed. At 7:45 I called the store since my mattress had not yet arrived. The gentlemen I spoke with took my name, put me on hold to allegedly call the warehouse and/​or delivery guy «to make sure there were no problems». He then assured me that there were no problems and the mattress was coming. Well, here it is, almost 9:00 pm. Out of desperation, I called a number from my Caller ID – one that I didn’t recognize. A message had been left at 4:25pm, which was a monotone male voice saying «hello» and promptly hanging up. Well, apparently that was the delivery guy, who told me that they CANCELED my delivery after I didn’t answer 35 minutes before my delivery time. When I told him I was assured that my mattress would be delivered tonight, he said he would call someone and that somebody would be getting back with me tonight. That was half an hour ago. That same number now is a recording stating «this party cannot be reached». There are SO many other places to buy a mattress. Go there if you actually want to get one.

Back in February, my husband and I decided that our growing family had outgrown our queen Julio bed. We had a budget in mind and walked in the door at mattress firm. Steve Morgan greeted us and started asking us questions to help him understand what we were looking for. We spent a good hour with him but decided the mattresses were a bit out of our price range. We went to our local costco and bought a king that was on sale. Biggest mistake ever. Luckily Costco has a great return policy. We took it back the next day and went back to Steve.
He understood our needs and quite different preferences. He found us a bed that was closer to our price range at the warehouse. We got it home and it was heaven. We still love it 6 months later.
To top it off, he recommended a mattress cover that is a lifesaver. Our 2 year old has had two accidents on our bed, and the cover is guaranteed to save your mattress. And it absolutely has.
I’m so glad we went in and met with Steve (twice). And although the price was a little more than we initially wanted, it has been so worth it. Thanks, Steve!

BeJay was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, available for questions but didn’t hover, and gave us a great deal. This is the second bed I’ve purchased from this company, and I have no desire to look elsewhere.

The store was good. Customer service was good, but if you know what’s best for you stay away from Sealy posturpedics!

We had a good experience buying our new mattress here. Quick delivery and good service so far.
They carry Sealy, Tempur-​Pedic, Simmons and also Dormeo, a newer European brand, which is what we ended up with.
