Service is good and the people are very friendly. However the food is mediocre, not well seasoned and the meat is either overcooked or under cooked. Most likely will not return… I will stick to the Phở on Federal and 1st or Pho79…

Tried this place twice and both times were a complete let down. The phở meat is so fatty and so hard to chew I only ate 3 bites the last time, paid and will never return. The broth here is very different than most phở places. Not worth the money.

I’ve eaten here 3 times since it opened and each time I’ve been very pleased with the food and the service. They offer a great selection of dishes and I love the several types of Spring Rolls they offer. Their Saigon Noodles are fantastic. The prices are reasonable and service is quick and friendly. I’m very happy they replaced the old subpar pizza place with Phở Ever Yum. I look forward to trying other dishes on the menu.

I’m a fan of tasty phở and good Vietnamese food. This place is much-needed in the Thornton area, compared to other phở restaurants. I’m writing this review after eating here three times. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. If you dine in, there’s good service and plenty of seating. As another reviewer mentioned, you’re getting REAL Thai tea and you can definitely taste the difference. If you order take-out, your food is ready in 15 – 20 minutes. Everything we’ve ordered has been fantastic. I found the shrimp vermicelli bowl to be too spicy for my liking, but that’s a matter of taste. If you have kids, there are booths on every wall, so you can easily corral the little ones to the inside spots. If you are lucky enough to dine without children, there is table seating in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of elbow room between tables.

This place was great! Everything we ordered was delicious. Very excited to have a good restaurant close by. Will definitely be going back!

3 tries of this place, all different dishes, same bland food and same slow service. I came at separate times of the day. I had hi hopes since this one’s closer to home but I’ll drive the extra couple miles to better phở in the area.

This place puts out a solid bowl of phở. Kid friendly and excellent service. I only wish they were closer to home! Great find though while on the road.

I live around 4 min away from this place and love the quality. The atmosphere here is nice and spacious and it’s evident that they care about keeping the place clean. I love it when the owners put pride into their business and this one meets my standards. They use actual Thai tea and not the powder mix, so extra bonus stars for that especially in the Thornton area. The prices are pretty decent compared to the other places in the area. We ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and were blown away with what they came with. The entrees were pretty standard in what you should expect with phở and vermicelli bowls. The portions of meat were more than enough for one person. I had a combo vermicelli noodle bowl and had to bring the rest of my meal Togo. They’ll be seeing a lot of my family and me in the future.

We had really high hopes for this place also because it’s so close. We had the rare phở & like a previous poster said it was pretty flavorless. The broth itself was very bland. Meat not thin enough. Veggies didn’t seem very fresh. Phở 7 down the street is the best phở around but was hoping for a shorter drive. Won’t come back

Good phở. Good fried noodles. Good rice. Good service. Overall a good location for Vietnamese food in Thornton.

We went after about a week or 2 of it being open. As soon as we walked in you could notice the dirty tables everywhere so there was no where for us to sit. There was only one waitress and she seems overwhelmed and not familiar with the menu. We had to ask for water several times. It did take quite a while to get 1 phở and 2 noodle bowls considering that’s all we ordered. My pork noodle bowl was not tasty to say the least. The pork was over cooked and the noodles were mushy, overall it was tasteless. At the end of the meal I ordered a strawberry boba. I took a couple sips and had to throw it away. It tasted like powder and had no real flavor to it. I don’t know if it is just because they opened but they have some work to do before they can compete with Phở 7(the one on 120th and Colorado).

I brought my daughter here yesterday for the first time for us both. My daughter ordered a rice bowl with a side of fries. Before we got our food my daughter needed me to take her to the restroom which was located near the kitchen. As I was walking by, the cook rang the bell to let my server know our food was ready. At the time I saw the cook grab some french fries off of my daughter’s plate and eat them. I was completely in shock! I told two different servers, neither seemed to care. They just said«OK». I was so disappointed, I will never go back and with the poor and unprofessional service here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Thinks it won’t break: — your tastebuds — your bank — your appreciation of standard Vietnamese fares Service is quite good, meals were served in order and quickly with a smile. We were offered drink refills regularly and wifi was plentiful(read fast). The smallest phở portion is enough to satisfy a healthy appetite and the fish sauce is served on the light side which is fine with me. I got to appreciate the broth and the freshness of the herbs and cuts of meat(got the phở special with tripes and such.) I always ask if they take Amex which they don’t, in case it’s the only card you have(this is America, yeah right). Bonus point for being the grill they advertise and serving a kid-friendly kabob.

So we got a coupon in the mail 3 weeks ago and figured we would try it. Called and someone answered saying they weren’t open, try again next week. Called back, both numbers, and no answer. Called again last night and were finally able to get someone and order. But they do not deliver yet. No big deal, we will go and pick it up. Spring rolls were ok, we’ve had better. Phở beef noodle soup was ok, again not the best we’ve had. The pad thai though was as if it had been cooked yesterday, refrigerated, and then warmed over. Very ‘sticky’ and not fresh at all. We will think twice about trying this place again, especially since there are other good Phở places around that deliver. Disappointed, especially since it is so close to our house.

Oh MAN. We had some high hopes for this place, especially because it’s like 200 steps from our front door and we LOVE some phở. After seeing the initial sign and a lonnnng wait for this place to open, we were so excited to try it! And we were sadly disappointed. Ordered chicken dumplings and those were pretty good. Ordered shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce… and I don’t know what that«peanut sauce» is, but it is NOT good. Thin and runny and flavorless and not even reminiscent of peanut sauce, and the spring rolls didn’t even come out till we were well into our main course of «all the meats» phở for me and the bun bo hue for my husband. My phở broth was so bland, the least seasoned I’ve had, and I eat a lot of phở. I had to add a LOT of sriracha and hoisin to make it bearable, and the meat was bland too. Just hardly any flavor. The rice noodles were overcooked and pretty mushy. Husband’s bun bo hue, which is typically extremely spicy, even for him, was also bland and he had to add spice. Kids seemed to enjoy their rice and chicken/shrimp bowls… Our waitress had to be asked 4 or 5 times to bring an extra bowl for our son to have some soup. I will be back only if I have a phở emergency(AKA hangover), but otherwise, we’ll stick to Phở 7 which we have to drive to… So sad. Hopefully they can make some improvements.

Sunday night, phở ga(chicken phở) for me and bun bo hue(beef spicy noodle) for himself. My ga was loaded with fresh vegetables even before I added the usual bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime, and jalapeños. Lots of chicken, broccoli, bok choy, and noodles. I usually add sriracha sauce and a bit of hoisin anyway and did this time because the broth was mild. Mild with flavor. Joe’s bowl had a nicer flavor before any additions but I’m not a beef eater. We’ve waited three months for this phở to open. We’ll drive anywhere for top notch phở but tickled to have such a great place so close. After only being open a week, they seemed to have worked out all of the wrinkles any restaurant opening will experience. Re: décor. I’ve rarely seen a good phở place put any emphasis on décor so we were pleasantly surprised at the, dare I say, fung shui of this place. Booths, wood chair and tables and some appropriately phở-type wall art. The owner greeted all the customers, asked about the food, and shared his challenges at getting the place open. I say give me some of that«hang in there», entrepreneurial spirit any day. It’s his only restaurant, there are 10 million corporate fast food places in this town and I, for one, will a regular at phở ever yum. Plus I love the play on words. They have Thai food on the menu which I also love, salads, smoothies and stir fried so a nice variety. The staff is friendly and that is sometimes the weak link — not here!

It took over an hour to get our food, and the phở is bland. I came back to try the won ton egg noodle soup which was actually pretty good. Not worth the wait

Very good! Phở was great, so was the sesame chicken. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Also gave us a free glass of green tea, which was nice. We’ll be back again.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Nothing special and certainly there are many better places to get Phở(Saigon Basil IMO is the best in this area). Ordered Phở Tai — the broth was very bland as was the beef which was sliced too thickly. Bean sprouts looked old and tasted that way too. No cilantro offered either. I won’t be going back.

Decent but the meat lacked seasoning. Very plain and everything seemed to be cooked to a medium rare. Portions were plenty generous except for the egg roll pieces seemed small. The fish sauce was pretty weak and unimpressive. The Interior is rather spartan; it reminds me of a Sams Club with a few pictures. I wish they had some soups outside of the large bowls for people eating an entrée… it would have been nice on a cold day. It’s close so I’ll stop again but Saigon Basil isn’t far and is outstanding.
