Worst customer service! I ordered a cheese pizza with double sauce and got a pizza with no sauce and double cheese. I called to let them know and the girl who answered hung up on me when I said I should have listened to the reviews on here. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

This store has delivered to my home for years. Sadly, the lazy, inarticulate moron who took my call tonight didn’t bother to recheck my address after failing to find it in his system, even after I explained. Instead he passed me off to the Lafayette store (which doesn’t deliver this far). For (basic) customer service, this is a FAIL.

We order a pizza at 6:55pm. We were told it would be 1:15, which is long, but it was snowy and my kid had a friend over, so delivery was the best option. At 8:30 we called to ask where our pizza was. We were told they were running 10 minutes late, seeing they were already 25 minutes late this didn’t go over well. We cancelled our pizza after our ‘discussion’ with the person at the call center who answered and being told our pizza was cooked waiting to leave. At 9pm my doorbell rings? Guess who it is, my pizzas. The pizzas tasted old, cold and just weren’t any good. We will never eat from here again.

I called at 9pm and got the call center… They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes at my location. I showed up 20 minutes later and the girl working told me «there’s nothing on my screen, idk what to tell you» … She was NOT interested in resolving the matter. She was rude, and I simply won’t be ordering from there. Terrible.
