The service is woefully lacking. The wait time for 4 sundaes is 20 minutes and counting. The seating area outside could be described as dump and I’m sure they rely on animals/​rodents/​bugs to clean things up through the night to give a fresh clean look the following morning. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even say this place was busy.
After 20+ minutes of waiting I finally asked for a refund. The «manager» actually asked me what the problem was. Aside for waiting for 20+ minutes for what I ordered at a fast food place there was no problem… or order. Manager rolled her eyes and reluctantly went inside to issue a refund.
Very disappointing excursion to get some cold treats.

There were a few complications with our orders but the guy that helped us out was really kind and helpful. I can’t say it was the best service but it wasn’t a disaster either.

Horrible SONIC. Hamburger burnt, slushy didn’t have my extra strawberry a in t. It was all ice and no Marinera with the sticks.

I worked at a sonic in high school for a few years and the number one rule that my manager would pound into my head was making the customer happy. This Sonic fails at that. I feel rushed unimportant and at times stupid. The employment treat the customers like cattle.
I come here not because I want to, not even because it’s the most convenient, but because the closest one to me is over 15 minutes away.
Get it together

I’ve been here 3 times now, and each time there has been an issue. Twice, my mozzarella sticks were undercooked and there wasn’t marinara in the bag (and, they acted annoyed when they had to bring some back out to me). I tired the wings the third time. They’re pretty gross.

Waited over 35 minutes in the drive through. No apologies, nothing. Never coming back.

This is the worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. Had to return a nasty looking breakfast sandwhich because it was gross and had no cheese. They returned it 5 minutes later with a nasty piece of dried out cheese. But the worst part was it was the same exact sandwhich… they just added the nasty piece of cheese. I hate paying for food that I have to throw in the trash.

Waited a good 20 minutes for two milkshakes after messing up our order. Usually I wouldn’t mind but they didn’t even apologize. Terrible service. When it was all said and done they still didn’t get our order right. We could see all the employees laughing and having a good time not even rushing to speed along the 6 car drive thru line.

WORST SONIC LOCATION EVER!!! The only excitment of eating at this location is guessing what you get to eat/​drink. You order one thing just to get something totally different. Has happened to me the last three times at this sonic. Today my bf went thru the drive thru for a drink order when he got home NONE of the drinks are what we had ordered. I called the store n asked for the manager n the woman who answered the phone said she was the manager when I asked for her name she refused n said that wasn’t important but if I needed something she could help. I began to explain to her n she said well I don’t even have an order in my system for just drinks I explained to her she had to of because we were there less than 15min before n she said nope sorry n hung up… Awesome Customer Service Skills Sonic!!! NOT! This fast food joint has horrible service and even worse employees with awful attitudes. Save your $$ n eat elsewhere not worth the hastle.

Horrible and gross

Only one word necessary to describe my experience here recently… Disgusting.
The service was terrible and rude! After waiting 25 minutes for my rather simple order I asked for a refund and the girl told me ‘we don’t do that’. If your customer is unhappy you give a refund. Asked to use the restroom and waited another 15 minutes for them to open the door. When I saw the door to the bathroom is made me sick to my stomach. So dirty and obviously not cleaned recently if ever. The food was flavorless and horrible. I guess it is sonic so I shouldn’t be that surprised but it was horrendous! Gross
Update: two people in my party got food poisoning from here!

Horrible service, drive thru girl was very rude. Took them 20 minutes to give me my order.

If you are in a hurry or looking for «fast food» do not come here. Every time I come, I end up waiting between 15 – 20 minutes. The food is fine but the wait time is unbelievable for a fast food establishment.

Hannah and Tabitha were busting their butts to get orders in and food out. Hannah had amazing customer service skills. My food was good, and I watched a guy scrubbing the outside tables. It takes a lot to impress me at a fast food franchise; but this one really seems to have it together – at least on this shift.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been too. I love sonic but this franchise is terrible. Fries always cold, and my burger is typically made wrong, burnt or cold. I’ve given them many tries, but now I actually drive to the 120^th restaurant even though this one is a closer to my house.

I’m from Oklahoma where we believe there should be a sonic on every corner… So I stop here frequently for drinks especially. This location is extremely inconsistent. I find myself disappointed most of the time. They forget to add flavors to drinks, there is something constantly wrong with the coke machines, and I’m not a fan of the service. Really frustrating since I live closest to this one! Can’t bring myself to recommend :/

Everyone loves Sonic happy hour — half-​price slushes and drinks every afternoon. Yum!
This location is a little small, but they’re efficient, and the drive-​thru line moves fast.
Little known fact: they have awesome coffee, and you can get breakfast all day here!
