TANK’d Float Boutique

Where do I start? An amazing experience on my first float. My girlfriend and I went in not really knowing much about it. Initially I thought I had really put myself in the dog house. I was doing this as one of her birthday gifts, but after keeping it on the down low and telling her last minute, she reminded me she was claustrophobic — oops… After a little reading we learned she could keep the door open on the tank if need be. We booked and arrived 15 minutes early. Renee was really informative and explained everything to us. We started out in the sauna, which was in a secluded room that also had an inversion table and yoga mat. After was a quick shower (helps with the tank filtration process I would assume). We then went to separate rooms to float. I really can’t think of a better place to declutter and organize your thoughts than here. It was amazing to hear absolute silence for an hour. I realized sitting at home today after my float, even when I’m in complete relaxation mode, there is some sort of noise pollution going on around me. It may sound cheesy but it reminded me of going back home. Getting out of the city and into the country where light pollution was minimal and I could actually see the sky. Truly a unique and unforgettable experience that I am fitting into my schedule on the regular. As for my thought of putting myself in the dog house — turned out even an extremely claustrophobic gal can get into one of the tanks and shut the door with no worries. Renee and Cody do an excellent job providing the correct deprivation experience in an extremely clean facility. My girlfriend and I will be returning shortly!

I’ve gone three times now trying out their different services to help with relaxation. The environment there is clean and quiet. The sauna/​float combo is what has worked for me best so far. The last time I left I felt very relaxed and peaceful. The owners, Renee and Cody have been very accommodating each time I’ve been. I highly recommend trying the combo as you do get a discount for doing both services and it worked great for me.
