Very clean, friendly staff. Seating is not for large families, it’s a small place. Food was OK, didn’t like the burnt frozen hash browns. Food was cold. Too bad, we won’t be going there again.

Great Food. Great staff! It’s a small place, so weekend mornings you can wait, but the food is always fast and fresh. Been coming here for about 4 years now

Local breakfast place. Small and cozy, never been disappointed with the food. Sometimes there is a wait because of the small space, but it is worth it!

A great secret breakfast place that’s not so secret! Fast, high quality breakfast food with a friendly smile. Go more than twice and they will know your order by heart! Th variety of types of breakfast sausage is a nice twist on the usual choice of link or patty.

It’s was okay for a local ‘mom n pop’ shop. But nothing special, which was below my expectations since I’ve always considered family restaurants to be more at tentative and personal with homemade food. I could tell it was all from Sysco or similar restaurant pre-made food suppliers. Ham was especially bad. Servers were gossiping. Overall, it was better than gas station muffin station but way worse than something like Denny’s or IHOP

Love the burritos. Yes, it’s a «local’s» place, but they make everyone feel special. The food is excellent, makes my stomach happy and the green chili makes my nose run.

I absolutely love Lisa’s! This is a very small little restaurant that can get pretty crowded on a weekend morning, but the wait is never too bad. The service is quick, they send food out as it is cooked instead of waiting for your whole table. I have liked everything I’ve tried on the menu and there are a lot of choices. Something for everybody. I only have 2 complaints; when they are very busy I don’t always get as much coffee as I like, and Lisa’s used to be open for dinner and they are not anymore. I miss the Mexican food they used to make every day.

I too am shocked at the 5 star ratings given to this restaurant! It’s over priced for a lot of sub standard food my dog wouldn’t eat. $ 51 for 4 people one of them was a child and we ordered nothing out of the ordinary. If you insist on eating here don’t order anything with gravy. It’s watery, looks like baby spit-up and tastes even worse. No flavor but uncooked flour. I will never go here again.

I’m kind of shocked by all these good reviews. I will say this it was awesome bacon. Thick, and crispy. You get like 4 pieces. The eggs were cooked just the way I like. Cooked over medium. They were perfect. Almost all restaurants don’t get it right. However, I am a big fan of potatoes in general. My meal came with hash browns. They tasted like microwave burnt tater tots. They weren’t even warm. The toast was spongey and weird also. While I was über impressed with the bacon and eggs I gave a 2 star because I felt really uncomfortable in the place also. It was like children of the corn patrons and super super small! Like imagine a long narrow walk in closet from the 1970’s.

Cute small place but man is the food exceptional. Always go hear for breakfast. The staff was super friendly. They had a huge line which made us realize it was going to be good.

I don’t like giving negative reviews because I think about how it will affect the business but Lisa’s simply lacks in many areas. The biscuits and gravy have no taste, they are runny and cold. I ordered a side of biscuits and gravy, one pancake and scrambled eggs and bacon. The server brings out the eggs and bacon and yells loud enough for everyone to hear«round one of your huge order». I wanted to get up and leave right then and there. I was so embarrassed. The food was not worth the embarrassment.

Very bland and boring food. Basic frozen shredded potatoes, mediocre green chile. Order3d the Huevos and there were no beans and the tortilla came on the side… What the…

Not from Colorado and my friend wanted to try something new. We decided to hit up Lisa’s place. Our group got a wide variety of foods from our very friendly, although be it confused waitress, Mona. She took our order and promptly returned with questions. «Did you want coffee?» She had to re ask every individual of our party. Our order was brought to us and looked delicious. It wasn’t… Biscuits and gravy tasted like flour. Hash brown tasted like burnt card board, the eggs and bacon were done well. Although the meal itself left something to be desired, the atmosphere was right on. Everywhere around us real red necks were having really funny conversations. Well worth it!

I used to love this place but my last two visits have been unsatisfying. Most recent visit had my meal arriving in succession with the toast arriving when i was half finished with the entrée. The huevos rancheros arrived with eggs overcooked and meager green chile on top. Me thinks Lisa’s staff needs to get with the program because i prefer not to support chains.

Ugh… my husband and I debated where to go for breakfast. He wanted Denny’s, I wanted to try something new. Should of gone to Denny’s if that tells you anything. Biscuits and gravy had a strange, sweet taste too them. Very bland and lots of clumps of flour to pick out. Omelet was chewy and over-cooked and covered with processed cheese slices. Not good when that is the house special! The bacon was good but pricey at $ 3.75 for 3 pieces. The best thing by far was the Dr. Pepper and to have a to go cup cost an extra $.25. I really wanted to support a local biz but we won’t be back. Obviously others like the food cause it’s been open for 30 years. I don’t get it! Blech!

I’m afraid I must agree with another reviewer — this place was just no good. Décor was fine and restaurant was clean. There were a few families there that seemed like regulars. But the food was really unfortunate. My husband’s biscuits and gravy were bland at best. My French toast was odd. It was more like a Texas toast than an actual piece of French toast. I ordered a side of bacon and while the bacon itself was high-quality, meaty stuff it had been near incinerated. Ugh.

I expected that after 30 reviews and all 4 stars that this place was going to be one of those hole in the wall gems you come across one in a blue moon. If I could give them no stars I would!!! My boyfriend and I got simple meals. I got a side of bacon with mine and the side of bacon that cost I think $ 4 was the worst bacon I’ve ever had. I am not joking when I say I think they gave be the leftover bacon from the day before because it was hard as a rock, cold, and the fat was dried and cold so it looked disgusting! The bread was bland, cold, and cardboard(cheapest bread they could find), and the eggs also tasted gross. Let me save your time; go anywhere else, or even if you are the WORST cook, stay at home and make your own breakfast over coming to this place.
