XFINITY Store

Shoot out to Chad at this location. Did an absolute amazing job. I came in to upgrade to an HD DVR and he was able to get me taken care of immediately. He worked with me and went through all of the current promotions and found that he could upgrade me while saving me money because of the promotion. While helping me, he was still conscious of other customers and made sure they were helped as well. Chad and the other staff members blew me away. Best xfinity experience I have ever had.

This review is for a sweet lady who wears glasses and has brown hair… Sorry, I cannot remember the name for the life of me. 0 STARS for 1−800-COMCAST shittiest customer service ever!
First of all… After my internet went down last month during a conference call for my job, I called 1800-​customer service line. All I wanted to know is what was going on on there end, are they showing signal, can they reset my modem, etc… All the guy on the other line (Who I could barely understand) wanted to do was try and upsell me to have TV and internet for the same price I am already paying. I kept telling I’m not worried about that right now, can you help me with my internet? He says, «well ma’am, I am more concerned you do not have our tv plan for the same blah blah blah… I HUNG UP!!! That went on for like 10 minutes BTW.
The next day I went to the Thornton location and told her all about the tard on the other end of my phone, and she took care of me as best as she can. She gave me a new modem to try just incase that was the problem, which is wasn’t but it upgraded my speed at no extra charge. Also, ya the TV deal is great but I wasn’t worried about it when I was trying to talk to dude about my internet. So I told the lady I will take the plan, but would like to be comped the fees, and she arranged no extra charges to get it installed. Also, I was comped for the 5 days I was without internet because that was the soonest anyone can come out.
Oh, I ended up getting a tech to come out Monday instead of Wednesday, but 1800-​customer service line never canceled my Wednesday appointment, so early in the morning a tech shows up. Waking me up on my day off not to mention… Not his fault poor guy, I’m sure he got to go relax for 2 hours after I told him he’s not needed, someone already fixed it Monday.
A month goes by and I get my bill, and it’s $ 144.00 it should be $ 86.00 So I had to go back to the Thornton location, Cause Lord jesus I am NEVER calling the stupid 1800-​comcast or the local line again, and luckily I got the same sweet girl. She remembered me, pulled up my account and fixed all the charges no questions asked. I thought that’s what she already did, but whatever, it’s taken care of now.
Comcast. PLEASE get more people like this sweet girl to run your phone lines… I have been a customer for 10 years same account, and never experienced such an inconsiderate person from your 1800– customer service line. Thank you to the girl at the Thornton location, great customer service!!!

Awful customer service. I went in after the technicians they sent out did not do installation correctly. The technician rudely told me to go to the store and do it myself. When I went into the store as showed them the pictures of my yard and my living room they asked me what I was going to do about it. The lady then said she can’t help me but I can pay for another technician to come out. I asked her to cancel everything I just signed up for and told me I was not an authorized user on my own account. I was told if I wanted to have a tantrum I could leave. I left the everything on her counter and disputing deposit charges she refused to refund me.

Great customer service!!! Walked in and had a great experience right off the bat! Also had a sales rep come to my house and she was just a great individual. I am very impressed with the product and how being treated compared to direct tv. I would highly recommend comcast to all my friends and family.

After speaking with 7 different people at 1−800-COMCAST with nothing to show for it, we decided to head to this store to have our service transferred to our new house (we moved here from out of state). Rachel greeted us and began answering all our questions right away, and was an amazing help. If you need anything from Comcast, put down the phone and go to this store, everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable.

Man this place gets a lot of negative press and reviews! I had to set the record straight. I went last week at about 5:45pm to switch my cable account to a friend who took over my apartment. No one likes dealing with big corporations that lock you in for life and steal all your money, so there were a LOT of cranky faces there. But you get what you give. We waited less than15 minutes despite a pretty big crowd before being helped by Josh. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. We were full of smiles and laughs and it made the whole encounter great. As with most humans, if you are a jerk they will probably be a jerk back. So be nice and polite, and maybe even friendly and you will have a good of a time as we did!
