Based on Take Out Service. The interior is out-dated but they keep the place clean and the staff is super nice. My husband loves their beef and cheddar sandwiches and I really like their curly fries. We also tried their turkey sandwich — it’s really good. I had not eaten at an Arbys in years before my husband recommended we try our local franchise. We’ll definitely be going back.

Not my normal area but stopped by for a quick lunch. Quick isn’t descriptive enough. Meal was ready by the time I finished my order! Friendly service too. Thanks to the staff here.

Arby’s is good, you just have to get the right thing. Their sandwiches are satisfying, but it’s nothing to rave about. They have a couple of good sauces you can get that are good on your sandwiches. They have good fries, and the service is quick.

Now I remember why I don’t go to Arby’s. What a joke. My beef and cheddar had maybe 10 or 20 cents worth of roast beef in it. I’m not sure it would register on a scale at the supermarket. This would be the amount they give you as a test when you’re buying some. The sandwich cost something around $ 5. I remember actually being able to taste the roast beef back in the old days. The only thing I remember about this sandwich was the taste of the bun. A $ 5 bun! I couldn’t tell you what the roast beef tasted like. I don’t think I ever tasted it. Didn’t they used to weight the meat to make sure they were putting the proper amount on? I seem to remember that. What was on my sandwich must have fallen off another sandwich and landed on a bun and they wrapped it up and sent it out. I may have been better off eating the paper money I spent on the sandwich. Maybe I’ll go back in another 10 years when I’ve forgotten how badly I was ripped off this time.

Okay it is Arby’s and the food is 3 stars. For fast food that is pretty good in my book. Only fast food that I would give five to us In-n-Out. The evil clown gets one. I rated it a five because the staff is so warm and friendly and genuinely seem glad you are there. Clean cheap and good.

This is one restaurant you can’t go wrong with, I mean the roast beef is flavorful and the au jus it comes with is tasty. Always ask for fresh curly fries and you will not be disappointed because they are also very good. The roast beef MAX sandwich is the biggest they serve and it has tons of meat on it and all you have to do is add some horsey sauce(horse radish sauce) and go to town on it lol. I highly recommend you try this place out if you haven’t had the opportunity yet.

Food isn’t bad, employees are always nice and quick… it’s just the place. It needs to be renovated asap. I’ll feel much more comfortable coming here more often and actually sitting to eat if only they updating the whole interior.

Sterling did a fantastic job! I hadn’t been to an Arby’s in 20 years, and he patiently helped me decide what to get. My brisket was DELICIOUS. Not only that, but he handled the difficult lady in line behind us very well. His attitude made it a very pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be back. Oh, and give him a raise!

Always delicious and consistent. And they are the kindest group of restaurant service people. Every time I go I have to ring the bell because they are wonderful. My hands were too full tonight to ring the bell tonight. But bomb stuff. Those turnovers are AMAZING!

Be very alert and wary of the staff here… Deceptive business practices The price of the combo on the menu board with the fancy pictures is not what they charge you … They AUTOMATICALLY upgrade you to the medium combo… 59 cents HIGHER without even asking or telling you I ordered my combo with potato cakes and when I was handed this huge 32 oz cup, I asked why I wasn’t getting the smaller cup — I didn’t ask for a medium combo so why list the small on the menu but automatically charge for the medium ??? Very deceptive — BEWARE

Worst experience — ever. Wasn’t quite busy when I arrived, Jesse took my order and sold me on a combo for one of the Smokehouse Ham & Bacon sandwiches/small curly fries & drink. I observed an order of curly fries put on a tray, which sat for 10 minutes. The sandwich makers kept making sandwiches for other clients, dropping them«down the chute» however the 2 women along with Jesse were not attentive, & the sandwich maker noticed the sandwiches piling up. He and I made eye contact yet he said nothing to the 2 women or Jesse. 10 minutes later(I timed this) one girl walks over gazing at the sandwiches in the hopper and start doling them out. A guy who ordered his sandwich well after me, got a fresh order of curly fries with his order — the girl then places my sandwich on the tray, calls my name… no refresh of the fries! Seriously? She simply offers a huckleberry«Sorry for the wait.» The manager seemed to busy greeting/yelling out to people walking in, hey Mikey, Hey Duane, My Man… How about managing your restaurant employees making sure people are happy with their order and that the food doesn’t sit getting cold while your workers gaze out into nowhere? #ARBYSFAIL #WEGOTTHEMEATHEADS #NEVERAGAIN

All I really get here is curly fries. My dad loved going here for a half hour while my brother was at his guitar lesson and I would often tag along. But I wasn’t really a fan. I’ve since then had sandwiches at a location close to where I live now and that was good. The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon market fresh sandwich to be exact. As far as this location goes though they treated my dad great and probably knew him by name or by his face, so to me the attentive service to him is really what matters.

This has got to be one of the best Arby’s I have ever been to! I usually go here once or twice a week, and is great when you need to get a lot of food, especially when they have any of their coupon deals going on, since it can get a bit pricey for fast food. In fact we usually only eat there when we have said coupons. Usually I order to go, but have sometimes had lunch on their patio when the terrible hot weather in California lets up a bit. Then again I really don’t care about their tables or floors or parking lot when I’m here for roast beef and friendly service! The managers and staff are all smiles, they actually get to know their repeat customers and even get along with each other as well! This has got to be one of only fast food places I have seen with friendly and happy employees. The food is great(wouldn’t eat here if it wasn’t). And I love how good the sandwiches taste when the meat is more thinly sliced, it just melts in your mouth. This is one of those few businesses that go above and beyond what you were expecting. And if you are a fan of meat and bread and cheese and french dips and shakes and chocolate turnovers(ask them to heat them up in the microwave a bit and they get all soft and flakey!), this is the place to go! It is not often that a visit to a fast food joint will actually make my day better, but that seems to happen often here. I can see why this particular Arby’s has been in business for over 20 years! And ring that bell on the way out if you got as good of service as I get! All the one star reviews must be coming from the salad eating, crazy cat people, that think they are better than everyone else. Mmm, french dips with Swiss cheese! Great, writing this review has made me hungry again.

I’ve been to this Arby’s just a couple of times, and came here with a friend today who wanted to try their limited time orange cream milkshake. I got there before my friend and had time to look at the menu and decide on trying their pecan chicken salad sandwich — though the wrap version. I also tried their orange cream shake. Let me start by saying the chicken salad wrap was very underwhelming. The amount of chicken salad included in the wrap seemed more meager than the pictures on the posters and it tasted like it had more dressing than I would have liked. More chicken, pecans, grapes etc would have been better in my opinion. The orange cream shake was tasty and came with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top. The service was great today, with cheerful and friendly employees and a lot of customers ringing the bell by the door as they left to indicate they got good service. This location is small, and the parking lot isn’t always the easiest to get in and out of, and to navigate, but the dining area is clean and tidy and everything seems to be well maintained. My earlier experience here was similar to todays — lackluster food and a tasty milkshake. If I wanted only a shake, I would definitely come here. If I want other food too, I’ll probably go somewhere else.

No drive thru. Park and fine in or take out. Great patio with lots of shade Friendliest fast food service ever. So good that staff remember names of patrons. Food is the highest quality and made perfectly. Yeah I know it’s a fast food chain but this place takes pride in what they do There’s a bell on the wall as you leave you can ring– to show u enjoyed your service

Relentlessly stale, dry, tasteless food. I remember when this location first opened. Fresh baked steamed bun, fresh cooked and sliced beef. No more. 4 and 5 star reviews have to be fake.

This is a review of a lunch at Arby’s Roast Beef in Thousand Oaks. My little bro and I were on our way for a quick lunch at McDonald’s. As we were cruising down Thousand Oaks Blvd, I spotted Arby’s and said«Hey why don’t we go there instead?». He was totally up for it and, before I knew it, we were hanging a u-turn. For us, this was a flashback to when we lived in San Francisco’s Richmond District. We often frequented the now defunct Arby’s on Geary St. The TO Arby’s is clean and neat. It is well-maintained. The menu is just as I had remembered. They’ve added some healthier items but I ignored these. I certainly do not visit Arby’s for health reasons. I knew what I wanted. I wanted Arby’s roast beef. I wanted Arby’s sauce. I wanted creamy cheese. I wanted curly fries. Specifically, I wanted: 1 Arby’s Melt 1 Beef & Cheddar 1 Large Curly Fries 1 cola to wash it all down with The staff was friendly and effective. Our orders were taken and before long we had a tray of Arby’s love. The food was spot on. I still do not know what Arby’s sauce is. But I know I like it. Cheesy Arby’s roast beefy goodness covered in that sweet tangy sauce; mmm, mmm, so good. Arby’s may not be everyday food. But, every once in while, it is just the right thing. This Arby’s on this day, was just the right thing! Clean shop, friendly and effective service, and lots of Arby’s goodness. Win, win, & win! (ps this arby’s experience was brought to you for the low low price of $ 16. 25USD — )
