Love the service. Love the food. Favorite go to place for us. They only made a mistake on my order one time (forgot an order of fries) but overall, you can’t get this quality of service at a fast food drive thru anywhere else. Two thumbs up.

The food has been good and the service too. We had one bad experience with a super rushed and unfriendly employee, but not enough of a big deal to take away from the consistently good fast food. Perfect for when you can’t eat other chain’s food because they put dairy in EVERYTHING (including fries). One time we had to wait 5 – 10 for our food and they brought us a free entrée card to make up for it.

I tried another CFA location recently and found the food so incredibly salty that I figured the cook must have had an accident with his salt shaker. So I tried this one. Same result. Ironically my tray liner read «Bright Ideas for Healthier Living.» One bright idea that CFA should consider is cutting down — way down! — on the salt. Customers should be allowed to salt their own food to taste.

Best customer service. We saw even the manager cleaning the tables with a smile on his face — that’s a great manager. We come here a lot!

The curly headed guy who took my order seemed like a cool guy. I bet he parties yet I also think he’s professional. Any way he hooked it up with a good recommendation with those sweet chicken strips.

This place is awesome! I felt like I was greeted genuinely and positively instead of like most places where it seems superficial and fake. I don’t remember her name, but the cashier was very patient with me even though I was very ignorant of some of the things they offer here. When I sat down the food was very tasty and hot, and when I was finished someone took my tray away! Wow! I felt like I got better service here then at some fine dining restaurants! Just when I thought they couldn’t do any better, they brought out a person in a cow and some of the customers took pictures with him. Impressed! The cashiers name was Lisa (awesome!) and the manager that took my tray away and offered to refill my drink was Steven.

The 5 stars isn’t simply for the food which is pretty consistent amongst all Chick Fil-​Az. If you’re a fan of Chick Fil-​A, then you’ll be happy with this place.
What I give 5+ stars for is the excellent & consistent service I’ve experienced at this particular establishment. I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times. The workers are always friendly & use my name. Today they went above & beyond when they gave me my meal «on the house» because I’d forgotten my wallet & didn’t realize it until after I’d ordered. I NEVER forget my wallet and I was completely mortified to tell the girl at the drive thru that I needed to cancel my order. Before I even could finish my thought she said not to worry it was on the house (with a smile on her face). What great customer service! I’ll be stopping by to pay my balance soon. Thanks!

Really love how your employee just started talking crap about Xbox because she saw my work shirt in the drive thru line just now. I didn’t ask for an unwanted opinion about my company, I asked for food.

The Moorpark Rd location continues to exceed my expectations. I love getting a survey on my receipt and going back for a free chicken sandwich. Their salads are great. I especially like the Asian salad. It has so much chicken in it I can hardly finish it! Great service and great food! And make sure you try an ice cream cone! It’s the best!

I thought my recent lunch dining experience this past Saturday, was Unilocal worthy since my daughter and I have spoken more than one about it.
Visually, the restaurant is quite appealing inside. High ceilings, nice décor, quiet atmosphere, several areas to choose from to dine and very clean & tidy. I know this location is fairly new.
Our first friendly and courteous employee took our order with a genuine smile on her face. The next gal brought our food to our table was similar.
As we started eating, we realized we were sitting next to the kids play area. We were surprised how quiet it was with a bunch of kids playing.
I liked that I saw tables being cleaned with wipes rather than cloths that might leave an unpleasant smell. We have been to other restaurants that clean their tables with smelly rags and that ruins the dining experience!
As we continued eating our lunch, we were asked at least 3 times whether our meal was ok and if we needed anything such as condiments, napkins, a drink refill, etc… Always with a smile on his face.
I don’t often rate 5 stars, however, Chick-​fil-​a Thousand Oaks gets a 5 from me for the entire dining experience, from beginning to end. The waffle fries aren’t bad either! ;)

I love the food, but the service is a little too in your face friendly. I feel like the supervisor told everyone you have to smile everytime someone talks to you. I was eating my sandwich and one of the workers was asking me if it was ok after i took my first bite. I mean, it was very sweet, but I really just wanted to enjoy my food, lol.

Update: the owner of this restaurant has contacted me and wants to make things right. Some things about this place cannot change overnight so I’ll add a star for this huge move on behalf of management and wanting to provide stellar customer service. That has to count for a lot right there. I have to say that this does happen from time to time but is such a rarity that I find it to be a positive mark towards upholding a certain standard. I will update as this progresses.

Nice joint and now I don’t have to go to that walk-​up version on T.O. Blvd. For some reason service was slow and they apologized genuinely. Also gave my son and I gift cards for a free sandwich. We used them in short order and have been several times.
Simple, tasty, wholesome. Best lemonade. Diet lemonade is very good too.
Note: All Chick-Fil-A’s are closed Sundays so employees can spend time with their families. I respect that they do that.

I went there a few days ago and was so disappointed. I had a free coupon for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink (total was $ 7.19). The sandwich looked and tasted like a McDonald’s 99 cent chicken sandwich. I can’t believe that people actually go to these places. It just proves that will buy anything.
Bleh!!!
Ps. I had to take a Pepcid when I got home because I developed heartburn.

Came in for breakfast. I didn’t even know they served it. Used the drive thru. large spacious parking lot, easy to get in and out.
I am a big fan of the bagel egg cheese chicken! Burrito was also good (comes with salsa)
Multi-​grain bagel was so fresh and delicious.
SO good that I drove thru and got a second one lol.
I dipped in the chickfila sauce (very very subtle honey mustard flavor)

During the Grand Opening the service was terrible with employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off! Cashiers would take orders, different staff would run around trying to hand deliver orders to people they’ve never seen. They would call out names hoping a customer would respond or when that failed, call out the order, or even interrupt people and ask if they were so&so that ordered blah blah. This is not very efficient when there’s tons of people waiting!
After a horrible first experience, I reluctantly went back when it wasn’t busy. This time the same cashier also delivered my food to my table since he knew who I was. It was nice to be asked if I needed more refills or more sauce. The service is good if it’s slow. But seriously, when it’s busy this location should have a pick-​up window or some other method to get orders to the right people faster!

Great food, outstanding service, and very clean, inside and out. Best chicken sandwich I’ve had at any restaurant, at any price. This was my second visit to a Chick-​fil-​a, and both times I was quite pleased. I’d be a regular if the drive was not as far; I wish they’d replace one of Simi’s many Del Taco’s or Mickey D’s with one of these.

Just came through the drive-​thru one night for a quick dinner.
The place looks very nice and they have a large sit down area inside unlike the other Chick-​fil-​A in Thousand Oaks.
The drive-​thru went quickly and they were very friendly. They got our order right and did not forget the sauces. Our food was good as is always the case with Chick-​fil-​A.
Will definitely return one of these days to check out the inside.

Was very surprised to see the poor ratings for this Chik Fil A, so felt compelled to rate it.
I’ve been to this location 4 – 5 times and had stellar service and food each time. The facility is clean and new and includes a small play area for the little ones.
After living in Atlanta for 14 years I couldn’t be happier that a location opened up so close to me.

One of the biggest Chick-​fil-​A i have ever been to. I have never seen a location with a kids playground in the restaurant, and if you are a kid… you are lucky. This location is very new, very clean, and very well staffed… may be just a little too much staffed. Just like any other location, the staff is well mannered and caring with great customer service.
If you love chicken as much as i do, i think that you need to come to a Chick-​fil-​A. Not necessarily this location, but in general. When you watch a lot of television or drive as much as i do, you would have seen the commercials or billboards. Eat more Chicken.
The best item on the menu is the chicken nuggets, for one main reason. Just like the commercial, they use real chicken. I know this because the nuggets are really really small and not always the same size. I’m assuming this is the sign that they use real chicken.
I know that we are in a generation where we attempt to be healthy and make healthier choices, but when it comes to the taste, do not get the grilled chicken nuggets. By you drenching your nugget with sauce, its about the same amount of calories.
Just like the commercial, come to a chick-​fil-​a and eat more chicken.
