Got in drive thru line at 9:08 pm, Wednesday Feb. 3. 3rd car in line. Sat a solid 5 minutes until order taken. Told once theyd be right there. Ordered green burrito and a Sprite. Took 10 minutes to get to window. Didn’t get food for another 5 long minutes. Out of the line ay 9:30. No explanation, no appearance of concern on employees’ part. Fail. Manager in the place? Unacceptable.

This is the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. This morning I ordered a small breakfast sandwich and when I opened it, the cheese was plastic like, as it was clearly made an hour ago, half hour maaaaybe. It was clearly reheated. This isn’t an isolated shitty experience at this location but this is gross considering there where NO people ahead of me. Hey had time to whip something up that’s fresh. Every other time I’ve went here my food was left sitting on the counter behind the main counter, ready but never called my number. After waiting so long I had to ask if that was mine. It was. And it was waiting there 5 min before I asked what’s in the bag to see if it were mine. Management there is awful. The woman is always rude. I’m a pretty nice customer as I’m in customer service as well and she is just bad at her job.

One star courtesy for decent drive through times. The food was lukewarm at best. The fries were limp and when we asked for hot peppers we got one slice of jalapeño. I was very excited to try this place again but had I not been in a rush I would have driven right back for a refund. Also resulted in a stomach ache. Would discourage prospective customers

THey just rebuilt this place so as we were driving by today we decided to give them a try for lunch… even without the coupons. I went for the Six Dollar Burger…100% ANGUS Beef… They forgot to add that it’s also PRECOOKEDANDDRYAS A BOARD!!! The sandwich wasn’t bad except for the meat which was NOTFRESH… it was re-heated a number of time, sitting around and tasted terrible. This is not their $ 1. Menu but their Flagship Sandwich and at that price there are much better choices including the much cheaper and fresher In-N-Out & Tommy’s!!!

REOPENED as of September 2015! Yes, they torn the old one to the ground. But this is the Six Million Dollar Carl’s Jr.(no, not the burger, that’s the Six Dollar burger) After they demolished it, leaving nothing but a parking lot, they said: «We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We can make him better than he was. Better, stronger, faster.» They did. It’s open.

Dined in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service! The cashier was very friendly and the bussers checked in to make sure things were alright. Kinda felt like I was at a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food joint. The layout is the same as it was before, but has more varied seating(high stools, booth, low tables). Also, the wall décor of local places is a nice touch. Food quality is the usual. But I’m liking the new and improved service. My food came out in exactly 5 mins.

This place closed last week. Jack in the box down the street is a good back up if you are into similar food choices

I LOVE this Carl’s Jr! Everyone is so polite. I always order The Mile –High bacon and replace the regular burger with the ALLNATURAL burger or the grilled chicken. Then I have it in a LETTUCEWRAP. Why eat a bun with all the carbs and calories? Carl’s Jr makes the BEST lettuce wraps too. I love their restaurant too. It is large, very spacious and very clean. I think Carl’s Jr has the best ‘fast food’ and I am thrilled that they are offering Grass Fed burgers with NO hormones, no steroids or chemicals. This is a real first for fast food. I have returned to this location a lot and it is right next to HomeGoods! Yippeee a double 5 star whammy!

This Carl’s Jr. gets my orders wrong way too many times after verifying them again and again at the speaker and the window. The screen displaying the order and totals in the drive through is perpetually broken so you have to take their word for what they have as your order and they almost always screw it up. Even simple orders like«no barbecue sauce» get screwed up when I ask them again at the window if there is no barbecue sauce. I think they just guess what the order is(and usually incorrectly), so I get stuck with the wrong order and $ 5 less in my pocket. I enjoy Carl’s Jr.‘s food and wish a better ran one with a drive through were in this area so I could go there instead.

I live right next to jack in the box but will go out of my way to walk to this carls Jr. Because of the exceptionally better customer service. As soon I entered I was greeted very enthusiastically by Donaldo and all I can say is I am more than happy that I chose to go the extra mile.

I’m going to get my only gripe out of the way first… They screw up orders when they are overly busy if you ask for anything other than the usual«everything on it». Almost to a fault. I can see 5 cars in line and 6 people inside in line, my order will be messed up, and it usually is. Now when they are not busy, everything seems to come out fine, no matter how custom your order may be. So I would give 5 stars if they double checked orders before handing them out when busy. They are so much better than Mcdonalds, Burger King, Taco bell… And cheaper than Wendy’s while actually having decent service, especially if you are dining inside«they bring the food to your table» so it is a great place to go when hanging out with friends and wanting a place to eat that isn’t going to break the bank. The diningroom area has a modern and retro style all done up in red and black and stainless steel so it doesn’t feel like a dive or typical fast food place, and is actually rather nice. The food is great, lots of options, even for picky eaters, there are cheaper items as well that don’t show up on the menu like«the big burger» which is just a superstar without cheese for about a buck. If you ever have a problem with your order they will fix it for you without any hassle, sometimes even give you a free cookie or such to apologize. This one’s drive-through is open 24⁄7 so that is great for those of us with weird habits and night time schedules. A lot of the employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. So all round a great place to grab a quick bite or have food with friends, and its food will not make me sick like Burger King and McDonalds and Subway does, so that is a sign of high quality right there!

4 out of 5 stars compared to other fast food restaurants. The staff at this location are so polite and upbeat. I seem to always end up being helped by the same lady, every time I visit, and she’s so enthusiastic and positive! I always order something pretty custom, and this Carl’s Jr does a good job of getting my order right. I like how the staff bring your food out to your table as well. It is a nice touch to the fast food experience. Last note, though they have ice cream sandwich desserts that are«hand-scooped», don’t expect them to bust out the scoop and slap some ice cream between cookies right in front of you. They are pre-packaged some time before you got there. Maybe they were hand-scooped in another city or another state and then trucked in. I don’t know, but it was not quite what I had expected.

I hope this gets seen by corporate because this is ridiculous. For months their soda machine has been crap. I don’t know if it’s just me but every single time, and I’m not exaggerating, I get a drink and every time there is no carbonation, it’s watery or there’s too little of the mix and too much carbonation. I usually get lemonade but even that is watery and gross. I have to try half a dozen drinks to find one that is decent enough. If I pay for a drink I want it to be good and not taste like sewage water.

I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for at least 6 years and never had I had a bad experience. For me, the service has been prompt, courteous, accurate, and the food always up to high standards. Really, no bad experience. Employees always try to help you out and take your trash/discards for you.

Every time we visit, one item is hot and the other is cold. Case in point, yesterday we visited and our jalapeño burgers we ice cold and stale and the fries were hot, ick. Save this location for a meal while on a serious time limit.

The mexican girl working drive thru at 11:30pm August 2013 forgot to give me my change and water. I had to drive all the way back. Money is scarce in this current recession, why hire someone who doesn’t give the change. Also mexican guy w/working the drive thru was rude and made fun of me in spanish b/c my order was picky. Hate the drive thru!
