Easy Flow Raingutters

Couldn’t tell you if the installation and gutter products this company sells are good or bad. What I can say is Mike (owner?) is totally unreliable and unresponsive. Our business is going elsewhere after trying numerous times to work with Mike on getting a quote. Maybe Mike needs help on understanding what ‘customer service’ means in generating new business or maybe Mike doesn’t need the business. Regardless, he isn’t getting our business.

Amazing service and the job was exceptional!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Had a very bad experience with owner Mike. Made an appointment to have our rain gutters installed on a Monday and received a phone call that the appointment had to be canceled do
to a car accident his installer had. Reschedule for a Tuesday following week I was told
they would be at my house by 8:30 no later and he would also be there. Tuesday morning
my husband came home from work to meet Mike and his installers to find no one showing
up at 8:30. I called Mike and he said they would not be there until about 10:00. I told Mike a phone call from him would have been nice to inform us that they would be late My husband was very upset that he drove back home for a no show. Mike was very argumentative
on the phone. Needless to said I did not use Easy Flow to do our job.

4 Years ago I had a great experience with this company.
Today, I did not.
The worker showed up an hour late; asked if he could use my ladder because he didn’t bring the right one; asked me for other supplies he needed because he didn’t come prepared…
Gave me some attitude when I called Mike to discuss the situation.
Claimed I should ‘just let him go ahead and do the work despite everything because the price was good.‘
Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I turned him away and will look for another company to provide this service.
Very disappointed with the way the entire situation was handled.

Easy Flow installed my rain gutters (with screens to prevent pine needle buildup) 8 years ago, and they’ve worked perfectly ever since. I just had them cleaned today, and they did an excellent, extremely thorough job. I took advantage of the handyman service they also provide to repair some chimney siding that had come loose.
The owner Mike is very fair in his estimates and stands behind his crew’s work. Easy Flow gets my highest recomendation.

I needed to get some rain gutters for my house. The final things are always outside because you live inside a house and not on a roof. I saw an ad in a local circular about this company and gave them a call. I spoke to Michael (Mike) easy to remember for me and he told me he could come out the next morning, give me an estimate and a sample of the rain gutter material that is used.
True to his word he came out and gave me a couple of options, both of which were very good prices. You need at least two people to install gutters so I could have done it myself, but would have to get a buddy to help out which is just not a nice thing for a friend to ask. Mike gave me a price that wasn’t that far beyond what the cost of materials were since I had just priced them out a Lowes & Home Depot the week before.
He gave me a time when his guys would be there and called me twice as a follow up to let me know they were there and when they were done since the work was done while I was at my job. I came home and it looked great, very professional and again a great price.
I would recommend this company for anyone in the SCV who is thinking about installing gutters or replacing them. They turned out great and I am very happy… and I’m sure I will be even more happy the next rain.
