I went to have a watch battery replaced and Amy was so nice. Picked it up the next day from another girl who was real nice. I didn’t buy anything but was impressed by the friendliness

This is new to me Where to start I came in thinking about purchasing a purse The employees over there was very rude to me I was trying to get some help when asking for some help he came over I didn’t really give me any attention he was on his phone I don’t think I’m going to come purchase there ever again

Came in to get a couple of watch batteries replaced and was told to come back in 15 – 20 minutes. When I came back they noticed that one of my watches had a defect in the inside of it that wouldn’t allow the time to be set and said that the battery in it was fine. They only charged me for the one watch that needed replacement and helped me get the other one shipped out and repaired. A couple days later I get an email saying that the watch was received at the repair facility and 1 week after that its complete!
Very great service, very welcoming and friendly people! I wish I had gotten the names of the associates that helped me but they were all great!

Bought some glasses that ended up having a bent frame which caused the lense to fall out. They replaced them immediately. In and out in under 2 minutes. Amazing service

Walked in almost on a whim as I was about to head to the outlet store in Camarillo. 3 or so associates greeted me on the slow week day and one super sweet girl complimented my shirt as she approached me.
We got right down to what I was looking for and she began pulling a few to gauge my tastes.
And then my phone rang.
I pardoned myself and took the call. She kept pulling, and I kept narrowing it down. She never skipped a beat.
I walked out about 15 minutes after I had walked in a super happy camper. Painless and kind of fun!

The store manager was great. I came in to get my watch adjusted and battery replaced. She was able to help me right away and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!
