What a great shopping experience! I was looking for a birthday gift for a relative’s college-​age person and wanted something different and impressive. My quick shopping trip turned into 30 happy minutes spent looking at several great Michael Kors items at this clean, well-​lit, and classy corner store. The sales gals did not pester or pressure me at all, and instead they really went out of their way for me, even trying on several things that I was considering (so I could better imagine what they would look like on the recipient). There were some really nice blouses, jewelry, handbags and shoes that were even on sale, so I was able to purchase more than I had originally budgeted for. End result; some great and classy gifts, (Kors boxed and ribboned), that surely will be appreciated.

So I’m not normally one to write reviews, but I had such an incredible experience that I can’t help but to say something so that everyone knows! I came in here recently with my boyfriend for my birthday to look for a handbag and a young woman by the name of Lindsey (hopefully I spell her name right) helped us! She was the sweetest employee ever! She went above and beyond by allowing me to try on multiple handbags and offering her opinion. She did not try to up-​sell me on any products; her only goal was to make sure that I was happy. When Lindsey found out that it was my birthday, she surprised my boyfriend and I with flutes of sparkling wine and took pictures of us together. I appreciate Lindsey and all of the other employees for going out of their way to make it a special occasion. Thank you so much T.O. Michael Kors! :)

It’s a Michael Kors store. What do you expect? Employees are very friendly & helpful but are way too focused on making sure you buy something. What I mean by that is there is at least 1 employee right next to you almost the whole time you are walking around looking in the tiny store. Some people like that, but me personally, I would prefer to look around by myself & go up to them myself if I have a question. I do recommend this place though! I love my Michael Kors purse!

Love this shop one of my favs. For bags I have a few of them already this location has a nice store a bit small but nice friendly coustumer service too:)

Kaila was the rudest sales woman in the history of sales! She made me and my husband feel so uncomfortable while we were shopping and seriously had her nose up in the air the whole time! Our shopping experience at this store was a sad one! I left feeling extremely judged and angry! She ruined my first time at this location.
I’m so disappointed in Michael Kors for showing this sort of incompetence as far as customer service goes!

This store has amazing customer service! I’m not someone to purchase Michael kors products very often but when I do I’m glad I have this location with such helpful employees rather than at the Topanga store where I didn’t have a great experience more than once in the past.
The two times I have purchased here for some shoes and a wristlet, the girls were extremely helpful and both times I got exactly what I wanted.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this store. My purse was only a few months old and a seam was coming apart. Kaila called 11 stores to find a replacement for me. She would have had my purse repaired but I couldn’t part with it. She is very friendly and went above and beyond to replace my purse. Kaila is awesome and so is MK! :)

This store has the best customer service. I had been looking for a handbag for some time now and I was able to find the perfect one for me yesterday. Thank you Mona for your great customer services!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted enthusiastically by Gina. I went in looking for a gift for my wife and she addressed all my questions without any hesitation. I happily made my purchase and was on my way.
Unfortunately, the bag I picked was not big enough. I returned the next day and was greeted by Gina again, and she was nothing but helpful. Awesome employee, great staff. Thank you!
