This store has the worst customer relations ever. They wanted to change the price of their towers after verifying that the 50% off sale applied to the towers we were ordering. They had already completed the order form and took my credit card. The idiot manager went in the back room to recopy the form because he said corporate insisted there be no mistakes in the form. When he emerged he said he needed to change the price! He called his managers and he/​she is apparently also ignorant of customer relations. Overall we spent over 40 minutes in the store only to cancel the order, which was over $ 130.
This company needs to change the management of their stores. I urge you not to patronize this idiotic establishment. They think that customers should be responsible for educating their ignorant staff.
