Hillcrest Royale Retirement Living

Finding a retirement home that you feel safe and comfortable with is such a long and overwhelming process. After visiting many homes for my dad, we found the perfect place. Inga, Holly, and Michelle were so helpful and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We didn’t even need to schedule an appointment.
I love that this business is family-​owned. It always feels like home when I come visit my dad. He is always telling me about the fun events/​activities and there is even a holiday party every year for family. I am so thankful to have found Hillcrest Royale for my dad and I know that he’s happy too!

My brother and I were so reluctant to move our mom from her own home, but the stress of managing caregivers was killing me. We moved her in about three years ago. Within 24 hours of her arrival, she was happy and at home. She made a bunch of friends, and the staff cares for her as if she is family. They are truly amazing… They are gifted in this arena, and called to care for others. They really get her, and they are constantly putting my mind at ease. She loves music, and loves to dance, so they play the boombox for her whenever she feels low. Hillcrest Royale has such a family feel, thanks to the loving attentiveness of these wonderful people. Now, I can enjoy visiting with my mom, and just be her daughter, without worrying about my mom’s care. My kids all know the people there and feel just as welcome. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Having to find a place for my father was very tough because I want the best for him. But I luckily came across this gem and I couldn’t be happier. I feel so safe that my dad is being taken care of by the best staff. I recommend this place to anyone! My father especially loves the food :)

These people are amazing. Mom just moved in and she says they are wonderful. They accepted our paint and colored her walls as we asked. They installed a kitchenette. They treat their guests like royalty. Mom says she gets hugs all the time from the staff. She’s delighted to be here. Thanks Hillcrest Royale!

So far, so good. We recently moved my Mom in. The staff seem very kind, very on the ball. They’ve been easy to work with and very reasonable. They seem to understand the word «service». We’ll see how things go as we progress, but for now, I’m a fan!

Wonderful place when it is time for this life transition. Very caring staff. Involved leadership. Lot of activities. But they best thing is the attentiveness they give to their residents and their desire to make this a real home. Staff are extraordinary.
