First time I went here was 3 years ago and it went very well. I went here recently for an MRI of brain, upper and lower spine. The staff were friendly especially the tech Anthony in the back. I hate MRIs because I’m 6’3″, 240 pounds with a wide wingspan – I feel very very cramped in them. But this machine isn’t bad and they provide you with headphones and goggles to watch movies while the test is running. It allows you to block out the loud noises and not see that you’re enclosed in a small space. That makes all the difference. Anthony also periodically talks to you to reassure you as you progress from one section of the test to the next. One more thing is that this place provides very flexible times(late night and weekends) to get your tests done and they give you the MRI prints right after you’re done. I recommend it.

Was skeptical about this facility at first. But all that went away when I entered the place. I was greeted by a friendly staff who was very accommodating. I normally get anxious in enclosed spaces but the staff talked me through it. I think his name might’ve been Anthony. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of an MRI scan.

This facility is so out of sorts. I would not recommend going here. You are not treated like a customer. There customer service is lacking. I would strongly recommend going to Rolling Oaks.

Don’t get an MRI here — the first time the machine broke an hour before I came and I had to reschedule. The last time I was here a guy got so mad they kept him waiting 2 hours for an appointment — he walked out. Today, I had my appointment I rescheduled due to the first appointment they canceled. I have been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, they tell me sometimes they get a little ‘behind’ and it will be another 15 minutes more, maybe. Ok, 15 minutes is behind — having customers waiting over an hour and a half means you are booking too many appointments than you can handle. Well we officially just left — when the finally called me in 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, the guy was so rude to me and my husband — we left. I would/will another place for certain.
