Cute trendy clothes. CHEAP quality and prices. Horrible customer service. Cashier: C Gliedmar I purchased three dresses for my daughter. Their policy is: no returns or refunds on dresses. So, as the cashier was ringing up the dresses, she tore off the price tags. When I asked her to leave them on, she said that she wasn’t allowed to leave them on because they are not returnable. I was not able to confirm that we were charged correctly. I used my American Express card that has my photo on the back. She still asked for my drivers license because«the photo on the card could be my twin.» How stupid. It is unfortunate that there is so much fraud, honest people are treated like criminals. I will not go back to that store again. I don’t care how inexpensive the merchandise is.

I will first state that I do not use customer sales help while shopping at this store, or any store. In the end, I am so happy that this store replaced Love Culture in our mall. While I wouldn’t wear the majority of items in this store due to personal preference and quality, I have ALWAYS been able to find something, which is uncommon for the average shopper. I was just there today and came home with two shirts, a kimono, and a cardigan for less than $ 40 dollars. Perfect price range. I could not be happier.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars for the way they treat their customers. I have shopped here a dozen times since they opened and understand their strict no return policy on just about everything they sell. I’m fine with that but I’m not fine with the fact that today when I payed for my items I noticed a defect on one of them and when I grabbed the EXACTSAMEITEM, EXACTSAMESKU, PRICE, COLOR, EVERYTHING they said«NORETURNSMAM»! Excuse me– I’m not returning anything. They hadn’t even bagged it yet, I hadn’t taken possession of it and yet they still considered this a return?! Are you kidding me?! What a friggen joke! Inspect all your items with a fine tooth comb ladies because there is no reasoning with these people. I’d rather spend a little more on clothes that I can at least exchange if they are defective.

Kelly Lee is the manager at this store. She is horrible and deserves to be fired. I came to this store for cute shoes. I was excited because they had a bunch and it was cheap. Unfortunately, not only was the customer service bad but the manager had attitude and was down right rude. I asked Kelly if there was another size they had located in the store for a pair of shoes I wanted and she said no with out looking at the pair or even checking the computer/stock room. Then, when I tried to buy the pair I wanted she tried to charge me 3 extra dollars, argued with me, and told me I could go check the price myself on a different pair if I had a problem with it. I asked her if I could speak with the manager because I was no longer buying the shoes. She simply said I am the manager, put the shoes I wanted back, and pointed me toward the door. I will never spend my money there again and neither will any of my friends.
