ALDO

Came here to buy a pair of shoes for work, the staff was great! Store was clean, the staff was very helpful even while they were busy. Good location for sure, I’ll be back for my next pair.

Came to by a pair of shoes and was helped by Benji he was really amazing and was very Nice even though I tried like 10 pairs of shoes … Really love Aldo and can’t forget Benji :)

My go-​to store for men’s boots and summer flip flops. A nice alternative for those of us who have Prada taste but don’t feel like dropping a grand or two on our feet. Shopping here is very easy on your credit card statement; For ~$ 100 you can leave with a bit of Italian style sans guilt or sticker shock.
I know some hard core fashionistas look down their noses at places like ALDO, complaining that the quality just isn’t the same as designer ware. And they’re right to a certain point: I’ve noticed that ALDO’s boots tend to scuff pretty easily and the leather is a little on the thin side. On the other hand, I have a pair of black boots I bought here a few years ago that I wear all the time and they’re still going strong. And I have another pair I’ve owned for a couple of years that I still get compliments on. So put that in your pipe and smoke it, GQ.
The staff here have always been friendly and helpful, although they’re prone to a little up-​selling (prepare yourself for the leather protection spray pitch). I actually have a collection of boot polishes from various hotels I’ve stayed at over the years that will keep me covered for eternity, so I always just tell them «I bought some last visit».
Anyway, the bottom line is that from a reasonable distance, ALDO’s boots tend to look more expensive than they actually are and very few people are going notice the difference. The price/​performance ratio here works for me. Worth taking a look if you’ve never walked in the store before.

I bought some knee length boots from Aldo earlier this year and just starting wearing them again recently but the zipper broke. I called this store to see what they recommended and the manager Alexis totally took care of them for me. Aldo has an awesome repair service — who knew?!? Now I have my boots back for this winter! :)
