I really love this store, its always clean and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’m writing this note to commend Michelle. What particularly impressed me about the service provided by Michelle was that she was very knowledgeable and patient and delivered excellent service with a smile. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industries, the service that Michelle provided should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate, she deserves it. I want to thank Clarks as well, for hiring outstanding staff. Looking forward to the 4^th of July sales, see you there!

Very nice store and friendly staff. Was helped right away when I entered the store. They didn’t have all the shoes I wanted to try, but they did have the best one I wanted. The size was not available for the shoe, but the friendly staff lady ordered it for me and it was shipped for me for free. I got 25% off which is pretty rare to see for Clarks shoes.
Clark shoes are fantastic, but, be advised to try them out first before buying online. European shoes are different then American shoes for some reason in sizing.
Overall: Fantastic shoes, good price, very friendly staff

Richard was awesome to work with. Extremely helpful and totally went the extra mile. The store didn’t have my size shoe, so he went online and ordered them for me. No extra charge for shipping either!
Took my dad back the next day, and the gal that helped him did the same for him when they didn’t have the size/style in stock.
