This is the first time I have visited an Ann Taylor retail store. I needed a new professional outfit and had no idea where to start. I talked to an associate, Amy, and she was a prime example of excellent customer service. She patiently helped me learn about a style that would work best and gave me a personalized experience. Will definitely shop there again.

I used to love Ann Taylor but the styles are so boring now and the quality is not there anymore considering the price point. Who where’s cardigan sweaters anymore. I love the Blazers but they are $ 159. You have to consider some of there things need to be dry cleaned so that adds to the price. I wish they would get some new designers to freshen up there styles.

I prefer the Sherman Oaks store. They are so much more flexible with the returns/exchanges. At this location, if you’re one day past the 60 days they give you a hard time. Studies have shown that stores that have a flexible/customer friendly return policy always do better. I live between the two locations. Customer service re: return/exchange policy is very important to me. I am very limited on time due to my job and being a single mom. My preference is to do business with those who are flexible and can accommodate me. Therefore, I will most likely drive to Sherman Oaks and not Thousand Oaks.

Love this store and the sales associates. Good selection of petites, but wish they carried more. Everything mixes and matches so I don’t have to think about what is in my closet. Sales frequently and I earn rewards with their credit card. I always leave with more than I need, but I get quality for value and my wardrobe is interchangeable.
