Forever 21

I found the cutest little necklace here and the second I stepped outside I tried to put it on and it ripped into pieces so I went back and asked to exchange to which I was greeted with a sour face saying «next time we won’t make an exception» as if it was my fault the necklace was broken??? I walked out and was about to put on the new necklace only to find out that one was broken too. After the sour face and 2 broken necklaces all I wanted was my money back which I literally had to beg for. After 14 «let me go check with the manager“s and a disgusting replacement idea for a necklace I didn’t want, a different employee finally just gave me my boring $ 7.41 back. I would guess that’s not worth losing a customer over but shout out to this store because I’m done with Forever 21. Terrible employees include «Bertha» and the mysterious hairy manager who hides in the back of the store nodding his head, yall can keep your garbage from china

I ordered some items online and when they didn’t fit I decided to just drive to my local store. Clearly that wasn’t a good idea because not only was the manager unhelpful about returning my items, both the managers I spoke with were extremely rude and treated me terribly. The male manager basically called me dumb, and the female one did not seem to care about the issue. They both gave me the wrong number for corporate and were not at all remorseful to the situation. They’re obviously on some sort of power trip. Hopefully when corporate gets back to me that will change.

I love shopping at Forever 21 for basics buy also for on trend clothing. This location is by far my favorite store to shop at even though I love in Camarillo.

There is one HUGE problem with Forever 21… When you purchase something and ask for a Gift Receipt /​usually this means that the receipt does not show a value on it so you can give this to someone without them knowing how much you paid for the gift. BUT what you DONT know is that the Gift Receipt does not reflect the price you purchased it for. If your friend or family member wants to exchange that gift or return it within the 21 days of purchase and that item has now gone on sale, they do not honor the purchase price. EVEN WITH A GIFT RECEIPT which was meant to be the same as a receipt for customers. It’s deceiving and seems illegal. For this reason i DO NOT BUY GIFTS FROM THIS STORE. People need to know the intention behind this stores philosophy in this. Spread the word. I witnessed it 1^st hand for a gift I purchased for my niece when I was there when she went to exchange it.

Yeah I’m happy they moved to a bigger store… but whats better about it? Also I’m REALLY confused as to why Forever 21 installs multiple registers but only uses one… this isn’t only at this 21 store… it’s all over (e.g. Chicago). Its kinda frustrating. Also, I think they staff very few people and the store is always a mess. I love going to 21 to get their $ 4 shirts (because if they rip or something happens I’m not heartbroken). I prefer the one in Camarillo… but eh I’ll go here if I have to.

I know what you are thinking, wtf are you doing reviewing a Forever 21, aren’t there a billion of those, what useful, funny, and cool insight could you possibly provide?
A LOT it turns out, because this is the CLEANEST Forever 21 I have ever been to, and if you’ve even SEEN the inside of a Forever 21 from afar you will understand what that means. There weren’t ANY clothes on the floor, ANY put in places they didn’t belong, and that weird sex sweat fever women-​in-​sales-​heat smell was completely missing! It was amazing!
Granted, I didn’t buy anything. Granted, the service was still pretty… young and… slow. But you’re spending $ 5.00 on a shirt, you can’t complain that they hire people you would only see in a high school graduation. But the next time I need a cheap party dress, I am definitely hitting up this place. Now I only need a party.
