Shell Gas

I would never recommend his shell gas station to no one .i was there today pumping gas and have a very bad experience with this gas station and the staff. The manager veronica does not know how to run a gas station and to listen to customers when a customer had a very bad experience in this gas station she should have listen to the problem but she just didnt want to hear it and she wanted to be just right. People stay away from this gas station

Beware of using your credit card here. At 3 different times in a period of a few months, ours and a friends credit cards were compromised and our accounts were shut down.
I agree that the pumps are old and at times, out of order.
For such a busy corner in Westlake, I’m surprise that this gas station is managed so poorly.

It’s not Mobil it’s Shell now and its a pretty decent gas station and well stocked. The only thing I don’t like is that the pump technology is ancient and super slow to enter the data. It is worth adding your Ralphs rewards number as you can save at the pump. I saved 20 cents a gallon, but it does take a while to enter and the screens are confusing too!
However, if you need a fill up, or need to pick up some snacks then this is a good gas station and easy to find on the corner of Westlake Blvd and Thousand Oaks Blvd.

The gas prices here are totally out of sync with the rest of the area (or the world even if you will…). I only go here if I’m out of gas or need something like a lighter… NEVER for gas… LAME PRICES… moving on…

This station is clean, the staff are helpful and professional and the equipment always works perfectly. I like the fact that there is lots of space around the pumps to avoid conflicts, hot tempers and fender benders. The convenience store is a nice place to pick up a snack or cup of coffee in the morning.
I can’t ding them for price as they’re competitively priced about the same as other gas stations in the area. If you want to save a few cents, waste an hour of your time and gas up in L.A. or Oxnard.

UPDATE 6÷29÷12 After such a negative review, it’s only fair to recheck what I said about their price on diesel. The review stands. All other stations in the area are selling diesel today for about $ 3.85/gallon. This Shell station is asking $ 4.59.

This gas station is the worst. They are always out of gas. What gas station runs out of gas repeatedly??? They don’t sell lottery tickets. They are always about $ 0.25 more per gallon than everyone else. Everything about this gas station is weird.

Sh*t, I broke my own rule to saving on gas!
It turns out gas in Thousand Oaks is currently about 10 cents cheaper per gallon than in Coast Village, Santa Barbara. But that is no consolation at $ 4.49/gallon (7÷25÷08).
The station is clean and neat, just like most of Thousand Oaks. But it comes with a price!
Sort of like a cute girl from Calabassas!
