I ordered and paid for two traveler boxes of coffee a day ahead of time. When I came in to pick it up at 6:15 am on my way for a meeting I was told«Well, no one left us a note, it’s not ready.» And I would have to wait 15 min. for them to make it. This is absolutely inexcusable. Why would they take someone’s order and money and then not have a system in place to ensure it would be made on time?

Love, love the vibe here and the crew is great. Christine is so nice and makes everyone feel so special and very welcome, the patio and fountain are a bonus. Great teamwork as well. Definitely one of the best locations.

Pretty average Starbucks, I think they definitely benefit from the fact that they’re the only Bux in the area to get away with being slower and making more drink mistakes. There’s a small section of patio seating outside as well as a bit of seating inside — this is by no means a huge Starbucks. No drive-thru. The baristas are pretty ok, although I definitely get the impression that a few of them should have a coffee too. Service is sluggish and rather inefficient, and a lot of the baristas seem to be kind of ambling about. Lots of mistakes on the drinks.

I do not even drink coffee but my husband complains to me all the time about this Starbucks. I hope this is the correct one. It’s on Arboles. I decided to go with him and he is right… The worst service ever. The employees are on their phones, not paying attention… The lines are so long… even for just a cup of regular coffee. I just read a review and it stated it was like he was in the Twilight Zone. I totally felt that way too… The employees are on something… Maybe they need to drink the coffee… It was bizarre… No CUSTOMERSERVICE at all… We will take our business to Coffee Bean right around he corner

I love this Starbucks! The staff here is the best around. Ashley, Mikey, Christine, Sonia… They are just lovely people. It gets so busy on weekend mornings and it’s hard to find a seat but other than that, this Starbucks is top notch! They always seem well stocked and always have the treats I want :)

Not enough indoor seating. They have family style tables so you end up having to listen to other people’s conversations. Not relaxing at all.

I’m not sure what’s been happening here the past couple of years. It has really gone downhill. However, I have to toot the horns of Laura and Andrew. If the two of them work together my order is never messed up. But, if anyone else get’s involved, my order is never correct. I actually had an employee give me major attitude when I asked him to make sure with the person making my drink that they would remove all foam. Now, I don’t think I should have to ask that after they write it on the cup. Unfortunately, if I don’t double check it with the person making my drink, guess what? Foam! Once, they had to remake my drink 3 times, because they made it wrong every time. Not just foam, but the wrong drink as well. I’ve had so much trouble getting a drink I like there that I have huge reservations about going back again. When I have to ask to remake a drink, because I didn’t pay $ 6 to get it made wrong, I feel like a jerk. Getting a coffee should’t be a stressful experience where I wonder what I’ll end up with this time. Especially when I order the same drink every time! Recommendations for this location? Have Laura and Andrew train everyone. They’re the only one’s who know what they’re doing there! On top of that, they go above and beyond to be friendly and know their regulars.

I must echo the sentiments of another Unilocaler that likened this place to The Twilight Zone. The zombies, I mean baristas can’t even muster the energy to greet you let alone let you know your drink is ready. To top it all off, they got my order wrong… I think they made need an extra shot of espresso

Thought I’d take a minute out of my day to leave a review just moved into the area looking for my closest Starbucks this one by far is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to thought it might have been a bad day so I gave it a week on my way into work I have a 10 minute drive to work would show up with 30 minutes to spare at the Starbucks and still be 10 minutes late going in have yet to actually get the drink that I ordered on the first try please avoid the Starbucks at all costs

When this place is nearly empty, it can be a very pleasant atmosphere inside but for the constant chattering and noisy gossip of the female baristas, usually about other members of their team, poor corporate practice and management training/oversight. Unfortunately though, most of the time this location is an extension of selfish people’ living rooms who think that the public is a playspace for their misbehaved children whom they ignore during their droning housewife gossip as they ruin your attempt to have a nice enjoyable time.(Screaming, running around, standing on chairs, leaving a mess behind) Seating is sparse and typically very dirty and not well-maintained. Generally poor furniture selections for the space(sbx corporate at fault here) The outdoor area is very nice for the most part although rarely cleaned. Some of the staff is great ask for Andy Derek or Michael if you want your drink made properly and a pleasant customer experience. Staff Is heavily rotated and constantly turning over and they are currently under new management so maybe things will improve, after a while you get tired of hearing people complain about their jobs when you’re paying 25,000% markup for a cup of coffee. Potential to impove. The new management has not made a difference and has not improved this location.

I don’t usually go out for coffee except when I am visiting my dad, whose a regular at the local Starbucks. Although I am not a fan of chains, the staff are very personable and the back patio is relaxing. Its a great place to bond with my dad and so I associate it with some good memories.

This Starbucks is nicely located with a cute garden and a water feature to sit around and enjoy the sunshine. Not being a Starbucks snob, but a regular nonetheless, I have always found the staff to be polite and efficient. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, any more seats and it would look cluttered. It has a really nice vibe and there is Pizza and a Bank right next door. The wiFI works great, never failed me yet not has the service or the fayre! Give it a shot — haha! you wont be disappointed!

The place is quite small, and there aren’t a lot of seating available inside. There is outside seating for those nice days, so that’s pretty convenient. I would have sat outside when I visited, but it was way too warm(for me). The person who took my order was nice and chipper, if not a bit brusque. It was a little busy at close to 5 pm so I understand she needs to keep things moving. That’s fine. The person who made my coffee was really nice. I think she messed up on the sequence of ingredients to put in my coffee, so when she handed it to me she asked me to let her know if it’s no good. Come to think of it… I think the better thing to have done was to just remake the drink she messed up on. Ugh. Oh, well. Whatevs. It didn’t taste bad. The mocha was a little chalky, though. I would visit again just for the fact that this location is the closest to my boyfriend’s place.
