Starbucks

Great service, fast even when busy and friendly! I am always greeted by a smiling face and their service is exceptionally kind and caring. One day I was short a dollar and the teller said don’t worry about it she’s got it covered… now that’s great service! It’s great that even a large chain location like this can have a small coffee shop feel.

I love drinking coffee here because the atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. Their coffee are high quality and tasty. Staffs are fast and helpful. Thumbs up!

Friendly baristas, but reaallyyy slow. The barista completely forgot my drink on the counter and did other people drinks before mine (even though they ordered AFTER me). Also, the baristas were all taking their sweet time making drinks which was really annoying…

Our normal Starbucks was having the parking lot paved so went somewhere new. Nice big Starbucks, clean and fast! Shaken ice tea and low fat breakfast sandwich were great as was the strawberry yogurt and Carmel iced coffee my daughter enjoyed. Do miss the more enclosed patio of my home Starbucks, but this patio has more shade.

Typical Starbucks. The hazelnut frappucino was OK, a little bit weak. It’s not crowded and my drink should be made fast but somehow I had to wait for more than 5 minutes…

I was disappointed with the Hibiscus very berry drink I got. The heavyset older female did not shake the drink at all as she should. She had put too much sugar that it was too sweet and there was still sugar at the bottom. She also did bot pur the right amount of berries. Its either she didn’t know how to make it, can’t follow instructions or purely malicious about ut. I’m leaning towards malicious because I overheard her talking to the male barista about the specifics of my order. I detected some malice or sarcasm in her tone as she mentioned my order. When I finally got my drink, I knew she was being malicious because she chose not to follow how I wanted my drink. I had the cashier add more berries. I won’t return to this location for the obvious reasons. The standards are lower here compared to the Moorpark Rd and Wendy location. That heavyset employee is a messed up case. They should stick to employing younger, positive individuals. Older people who are «baristas» can either be great or with emotional baggage. The heavyset, older female was unprofessional and frustrated.

This location was OK. The girl at the register was kind of slow witted, but everyone seems friendly and it was not crowded despite being 7AM. I didn’t get any flack for ordering a custom drink, which was great. The location is ideal since it’s by the hospital.

This is one of the Starbucks that I frequent due to its convenient location. It is much like all of the other Starbucks around here. It does get crowded due to the schools in the area, but anytime that I have been here, the line has moved fast and the drinks come out quick. The one issue is the area to wait for drinks gets a little crowded sometimes. There is plenty of seating inside and a nice patio outside. Parking is plentiful. The employees are friendly. It is also convenient to the 23 freeway.

Love Starbucks but eh…

Upset leaving this place. I asked for a mocha frap with no whipped cream. When they called my name it had whip cream on the top. I pointed it out, the guy behind the counter grabbed the drink and just scooped the whipped cream off the top then replaced it with a flat lid… What kind of customer service is that? Luckily I’m not allergic to it and was just watching my calories. Very rude. Plenty of other Starbucks in the area to give my business to.

I’m partial to the venti café mocha with an extra shot of espresso. With whip cream of course.

I come to this Starbucks since it is currently in my morning route. This will change when my route changes. I come in for a drip coffee, nothing for the bar. Every time I come in here, the line is to the door and everyone seems to be moving fast behind the counter, but the line doesn’t move at the same speed. I have been to 20 different Starbucks and this one seems to be the slowest. I believe some of the staff are more speedy than others an if you get two together, this will slow the rush hour.
I agree with others that they have plenty of seating both inside and outside. There’s also plenty of parking due to the shopping center.
Two stars since I like the coffee and it’s convenient.

Slowest and most unorganized Starbucks. So annoying. Constantly having to repeat your drink order. Horrible.

Love this Starbucks, it’s slightly larger than others with great parking and the staff are Bomb! On the corner of Moorpark Road and Jann’s Rd! Stop by, they’re quick!

I stopped by on a Sunday morning to get a quick brew and a bite before a long drive. I found that the staff was busy setting up and bit preoccupied. To be fair, they were setting up, and so I patiently waited in front to be attended. I was quickly given the blonde christmas roast, which I recommend for those who want something light in flavor. The reason the place was given four stars is simply because the place was not kept very clean at this hour, and I believe it should have been. Parking was easy, and the location was close to the 23 freeway.

This Thousand Oaks Starbucks only gets 2 stars. It’s not a reflection on the other locations.
My mother told me if I didn’t have anything nice to say — not to say it… but, I cannot help myself from telling the truth. Most of the mentally challenged must work here.
One pump raspberry please — in my coffee — please don’t leave the pump of flavoring in the bottle, please um hello, hello?! can you please put that pump of flavor in my coffee?
Charged for 1 pump — guess what?! No flavor was added. Personally I occasionally go to Starbucks to get «a coffee». I don’t go to get an awesome cup of coffee, no. I have to get flavor because, well Starbucks over roasts their coffee and it tastes like burnt crap. So 1 pump of raspberry flavor aids in sweetening up the crappy coffee and makes it more palatable.
Then I order a Gouda and bacon artisan sandwich, oh my — I’m starved… what’s this no bacon??! Well let’s make a phone call to make these people aware of my sandwich foible. Diane answers happily — but, then sounds really annoyed, at my relaying the bad news and tells me they will replace it. Can I just have the bacon? Eric will take care of it at 2:30pm for me she says. I get off at 2:30pm so another breakfast sandwich at 2:30pm is completely silly — but, whatever! I want the frikken bacon I paid for and didn’t get. I’m out this way for work every other weekend. Why can’t you just look in the sandwich and make sure everything is there? I know all you do is heat it. Why can’t you put one pump of flavor (I paid for) in my coffee? Why the bad customer service Starbucks people and why the constant mistakes (apparently this place has a reputation for constantly making mistakes on orders).why is this happening??!

This Starbucks has a nice indoor seating area that seems larger than most. They also have an outside patio where people gather to enjoy their ‘bucko-​s. The store is clean, people are friendly and coffee is good!
I stop here when I’m on this side of town. This particular location doesn’t have the most convenient parking lot, as it is on a corner of a busy intersection. You can only turn in one direction coming out of the lot unless you go all the way through the lot, around to the stoplight.
